Should I start tonight?

So first timer here and having a stress. I have the first dose of mounjaro ready in the fridge but I’m unsure if I should start tonight? Really want to have a few good weeks before Xmas but I’ve got a busy couple of days at work and worried if I have any side effects and how that may impact work. Or should I just go for it? How has everyone been after their first dose?

Were you planning on starting on a Sunday evening? I think choosing the day that will work best for you in general is more important than a one off situation. So I do my injection on a Friday so I have the weekend for highest suppression and in case of side effects.

I don't think it's a big delay to wait until Wednesday to start if the work stuff is paramount, and you're happy with a midweek injection day.

Thank you. I decided just to take it last night. Really wanted to have the four doses before Christmas Day so thought I better get a move on. Feeling anxious l, eeek! Will go joint the December group now x
