I hit 2 stone off this morning! I vary my short term goals between kilos and stones - whichever sounds more like a milestone! Next is to be under 100kg.
I'm due to jab ON Christmas Day. I plan to see how the suppression is feeling that week. If its good, I'll hold off until Boxing day but if its not great, I'll carry on as planned.
Feeling like I can eat all the treats because it's christmas/a birthday/a weekend/a tough day is one of the behaviours that caused weight gain so I'm trying to avoid it. I'd rather have fewer treats this year in the knowledge that I will probably be a lot healthier at Christmas next year.
We won't see anyone from the 24th until the 30th and we dont have a traditional Christmas dinner anyway so I think it should be fine. I just need to control myself around the mountain of chocolate that has already crept into the house. DH doesn't eat chocolate all year round but we MUST have many tins of chocolate at Christmas...
