I think it’s also worth getting some scales that track all your data, ie muscle mass, bmi, fat, bone density etc, the eufy ones are on Black Friday sale on Amazon, I got mine for about 25 quid a week ago, half price I think, and they blue tooth to your phone, so you can track, your data every time you weigh (ie dont need to manually input to apps)
doesn’t matter if they are 100 percent accurate or not, like the ones at the gym, what’s important is you can see trends, increases and decreases.
so I can see how much fat I lose and how much muscle mass I lose or gain by comparing today v a week ago. Of course a week isn’t any form of strong data, simply that’s how long I’ve had the scales, but it will give me an important steer as to what’s going on with my body.
