Welcome all.

Been 3mths now since we started.

Just sat catching up from this morning - so much has happened on here in 24 hours !!

@SilverSprings510 - I am going to steal that recipe for the pizza base !! Thank you for sharing ! Sounds yummy... Disturbing i know, but got to 51 years of age and have never made my own pizza base ! x
@ChunkyMunky - you seemed like you were having a bad week - hows the ending of the week going - hopefully better? x
@owlyboo - have you recovered from feeling sick after your bath??! Hope so... Good luck for weigh day tomorrow - and thanks for the advice earlier on the pen strength etc... I think i will give it one more week or so at the 7.5mg and then re-assess.. its appreciated x

@NippyCrab twinny ...... BEAUTIFUL. STUNNING. GORGEOUS. I love her already !!! Am so pleased to have read your post and that the X-Ray was good news - it's literally music to my ears...! Usually i would have celebrated with a pizza or fish n chips on hearing such good positive news, but as I am on a journey to ditch old habits, I wanted to share that I will indeed be celebrating this news over a chicken and spinach omelette followed by blueberries and kier yoghurt ! Hope she continues to have the pain and the viral infection controlled... xx

Had a NSV an hour ago - well, not that much of one - but I found painting my toe nails considerably easier than any other time i have done it !!!

@Changinghabits1973 I've felt pretty nauseous all day so who knows if it's increasing to 10, the ready meal prawn curry last night or something else!! Feeling a bit better now thanks.

But major NSV is I have a jawline! And a neck! Obviously I had them before 🤣but no double chin, firm line.

Does anyone know of any other provider apart from Oushk that you can choose the delivery day.
I have been chasing discounts and switching and wanted to until I get under a BMI 3o to then think about the maintenence side.

I live alone and work full time so tricky to guess when to order etc.

Been very busy the last couple of weeks, so am hugely behind with everyones progress, but congratulations 🎉to @4pink1blue @Blondeshavemorefun @wohmum @weaseleyes and everyone else I’ve not mentioned, I’ve only read the last couple of pages!
I’m a late August starter, didn’t take my first dose until the 24th, however amazingly it’s already been 12 weeks, & 13th jab today. I’ve gone up every 4 weeks, no bad side effects, but by the end of each 4 weeks MJ doesn’t feel as effective. So today I’ve taken my first 10mg dose. How is everyone who is on 10mg getting on? I’m hoping to stay on 10mg for a few months, to leave a bit of wiggle room if the final bit of weight is being a bit stubborn!!
In the last week I’ve lost 1lb, week before 1.5lbs, so slow loss compared to the first few weeks. However it really adds up & over the 12 weeks I’ve lost 32lbs!! Crazy! I’m about halfway to my goal. I need to start exercising, although I’ve been saying that every week!

@Changinghabits1973 I'm actually finding 10 great. I still wake during the night to go to the toilet but I'm drinking loads more that I do normally. I still feel hungry and can eat although I need to think about it if I'm busy as I may forget til quite late and then want to make really bad choices

I had hoped there would be some definitive diagnosis by now, its so frustrating not knowing exactly what is wrong isnt it. At least they are slowly ruling things out and you are getting some good results, which is all reassuring. I hope she keeps on improving, sure she will. Give her a big hug and an extra tasty treat from me

I am with Asda and whilst you cant choose a delivery day, you can collect in store if thats easier for you. Also they have sent me a 10% discount code if I hold off ordering for week or so after they send their reminder email. Makes them a bit better price wise😊

Thanks @Blondeshavemorefun and @MabelSpan . I started with asda for the picking up but it was the price that made me change..
I think I'm.gonna have to be an Oushk convert as the picking the day and it being cheaper than asda wins..

NSV for me thanks to this thread! I decided to check my BMI - now 39.4 which is obese instead of morbidly obese 💀 when I started at 47.1 🤩

I mean, it’s not great being obese, but I am certainly less obese than I was 12 weeks ago!
