Honestly try to not be so focused on the scales. The weight will come off. The truth is we are all fat. Thatโs why we are taking the drug, and no one stops being fat after four weeks on the starting dose. If the scales not moving has you feeling down, then try not to weigh, just do it bi weekly or monthly as the weight will come off. Youโre also still on the initiate treatment phase, once you start moving up the doses you will see a difference. Reconsider if you really want a fifth week at 2.5,
its easy to be scale focused, but you need to focus on making sure you eat healthy, and eat enough, within a calorie limit and ensure you get enough exercise, this is not a quick fix, but a long road for most people. So be patient, focus on being healthy, stop weighing so much if you struggle emotionally with it, and trust the process.
if you struggle with constipation, I take a psylum husk with a probiotic built in each morning, get them from Amazon, take and with a litre of water, before my morning coffee, you need a big glass of water with it to ensure it keeps you regular, as without it can bung you up. Iโve never had a problem with constipation or had the runs. . I also eat (dried) a few prunes and a couple of figs for breakfast each day,
weight loss isnโt linear. It doesnโt come off equally each week. Last week I lost four pounds, this week half a pound, itโs fine. Some weeks you will lose nothing, other times there will be a big whoosh. Move up the doses, and just continue on your journey, in 6 months you will look and feel like a different person. But doing it healthy , eating enough calories, enough Protein so you donโt lose muscle, is key, not eating enough and not the right foods will see you struggle in many different ways,
donโt worry, and donโt let the scales dictate your mood. ๐
