Just done jab 3 from my second 5mg pen.
Have been bouncing around the same kilo for about a week and a half now with no real progress. I am just a shade off a 10% weightloss so probably to be expected. I have also been a bit constipated which hasn't helped.
I probably need to get a bit more careful about the meals I eat rather than relying upon portion size restrictions. I could also up my exercise to kick start a loss.
I ordered a 7.5mg pen the other week following a few peckish days, but I am now reconsidering, especially as I have booked a holiday and don't want to feel unwell or unable to enjoy the amazing food. I am generally finding the suppression ok, I can eat 2 meals a day but feel full sooner. I often don't feel ready for my meal but can eat if I actually prepare something.
Wondering whether to order a 5mg pen and save the 7.5mg. Considering counting clicks and getting an extra week out of the pen but given it will be out of the fridge a bit it probably isn't the best idea.
Ho hum dilemma.
I'm also looking for recommendations for travel cases and ice packs suitable for flying, if anyone has travelled with theirs yet.
Also looking for protein recommendations. I am trying to eat more via eggs, cheese and meat but my hair shedding suggests I need more. I don't want to add calories if I can avoid it, I don't like shakes/smoothies and don't have a sweet tooth.
