Still over the moon to have hit my ‘mini’ goal of 12st by Christmas. I have noticed that my bum is really flat and saggy though 😬 so my NY resolution is to start doing weights more often, and especially squats. Not sure how my poor old knees will cope though!
I’d like to start doing a bit more vigorous exercise too (for heart health, I really enjoy spin), as I’ve not really been able to eat enough to do so - I’m averaging 1100-1200 calories still, so burning 300-400 calories wouldn’t be ideal. Hoping I can stay at a low dose in the new year and try to increase my calories and exercise a bit.
Does anyone else have any New Year’s resolutions?
@Bellyblueboy I'm glad you're feeling great but it's a shame others are making you feel uncomfortable. I'm not getting lots of comments at all- maybe everyone assumes it's the jabs and are secretly gossiping behind my back 😁
@ShiftAMountain - what an amazing loss in 13 weeks! I feel the same about the secrecy, it's very odd. Still haven't plucked up the courage to 'confess' to DH, it's never the right time...
