I went back down to 2.5mg this week due to the symptoms last week and a busy social week. The first half of the week was great - slight hunger at meal times but could manage to eat well within calories.
However, by day 5 I was extremely full, bloated and miserable again. I think I’m putting it down to eating half a bagel on each day the previous 2 days - and maybe I ate the bread as a quick meal because I was hungrier, whereas without the hunger I’d cook something with more complex carbs. Luckily my social days were better and I managed to eat half of my meals without drawing too much attention and had a few drinks without getting messy drunk or having a horrendous hangover.
Subsequently - I’ve only lost half a pound this week - and it’s hovered around the same weight most of the week. Although my calories have been good overall, so I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve gone down a dose so my insulin etc isn’t being as affected, or if it’s because I’m mid cycle, and last month the same thing happened during that time.
I’m going to tentatively go back up slightly this week to 3.25mg. I find the fullness so miserable, so I’m strictly having no bread or pasta this week to see how that goes.

@Bellyblueboy - I desperately need to get a new bra. Mine is so empty now that I had to dig out some old silicone chicken fillets to pad it out for my social events. 🤣
