I think it's safe to say my dog walking coat is now beginning to resemble me wearing a tent, it was never tight, a throw over type jacket but now 😂

@owlyboo thank you lovely !! It seems like a great thread to be on; so supportive and it honestly gives you such a boost of motivation reading all the stories... hope your journey on Mounjaro is working well too - I'm just not looking forward to a few weeks of stalling, as that will put me back mentally i think, but i also know its inevitable too so it comes with the losses ! xx

@Timetochange24 I see every sodding 2hrs at night when jabbed but daytime I even times it and can see at say 7am. Then 10 the. Maybe not till 3/4

But night time 12 2 4 6 7am and up

Drives me insane for the first 3/4 days usually

I used to moan about it on here but stopped now but every Jab day yes

As you may have read there are maybe 6/7 of us on 7.5

Many on 5 as supression ok for them

Some bless them can't manage the 5 and so 3.75 etx

You're going to need weeks to read it - they are that chattiest bunch! I didn't start till September so I mostly hang out there, but the advice on here is incredible. And the most talk about poo - ever!

Be prepared for checking in on this thread and finding it's moved on 17 pages overnight :) Buying yourself perfume sounds like a lovely idea - I got loads of perfume samples when I started MJ to give myself a treat, and have bought 1 fancy perfume for each stone lost so far.

I still generally eat 3 meals

I don't often leave part of it

I still fancy/want crisps - my vice

But I do say no and restrict them

Just seen the treating myself to perfume post..

I'm stealing that and going to treat myself to my fav perfume when I see a 14.. long way to go, but it's incentive for me as I reached my first goal of seeing a 15 this week..

SW 18.6 stone
CW 15.13 stone
GW 11.10 apparently according to nhs.. but my goal I think is 12 something as I'm very tall.

So roll on the 14 and I'll spend £60 quid!ha.

This is pretty much where I'm at on 6.25 but I'm happy to stay here - I'm losing weight and exercising my self control while having a helping hand, and that's where I feel like I'm able to work on things properly if that makes sense? I still have 3 meals a day and want to continue that as that's what you do normally!

Anyhow, my SV and NSV for today is that I'm now down to 13st 7 which is over 2 stone gone! And I tried on the jeans I bought at the start of 2020, before the mega weight gain of the pandemic but which were a little tight even then. Anyhow, not only do they fit but they're even a little loose 👀

So a whole lot to think on here in terms of what i want the endgame to be. I think it'll be more about how my clothes fit, than weight, esp as I want to crank up the weight training to get some decent hench + definition, and I still want to have boobs / some softness in my face / a decent bum. Mad to be thinking this way though.

I am going to take my first 7.5mg later and I am worried 😟 I haven’t had any side effects before but had a stomach bug the week before last and it made me realise what some people have been going through on MJ and that’s made me worry. Send some positive vibes 🙏

I reckon we all need a badge to identify fellow MJ users saying 'ask me if I've poo'ed today' 😆
