I'm staying away from the scales for a while because I have a lot of visible inflammation so I'm imagining my body is in a bit of a panic mode right now!

@weaseleyes lots to think about in your post. This MJ journey is definitely an interesting one.

Not sure I ever checked in with my 1lb loss on Monday for last week. That's a total of 1st 4lb in 8 weeks. Hoping to carry on at no more than 1lb a week now.

I thought maybe the 2.5 dose was starting to wane but this week suppression feels strong again. And the ongoing lack of food noise is, for me, the best thing ever.

Anything to be deducted is good 😂
I was going to leave my next weigh in until the end of the month, if I sts again I don't want to get despondent. X

@Blondeshavemorefun I have another one after this ! That’ll teach me to buy early. I might go up to ten on it and just use over three doses or so . Have really lost my way this week and don’t feel motivated at all

For those stalling this is an interesting article from another thread about how stalls are normal at 5-10% loss as you approach a set point which I guess applies to a lot of us

Awe, thank you. I'm playing it safe and have put them in a storage bag under the spare bed. When I have stayed at my target weight for 6 months they can go to the charity shop.

I actually have a collarbone showing and part of a skinnier neck /throat 🙀🙀😄😄

Depending how I stand - not always visible but omg it's there. Has been hidden for a very very long time

Big suppression with my bonus dose 😮‍💨 today I’ve had a protein shake, protein yog, piece of chicken and about a quarter of a portion of fried rice and I am stuffed. Think I’m under 1000 cals for today which isn’t ideal. However, I’ve got a weekend away this weekend so I’m hoping it’ll balance out.

I feel a bit of a pillock that I just posted that tbh 😳😳😳

Late night NSV for me - I had to put on a belt when I went out this evening! The belt that didn't reach all the way round me in August, to hold up the jeans that didn't do up all summer.

I've spent so long resigned to being beyond help. I didn't think I would ever be able to wear clothes like this again, and I know they're only clothes, but it makes me feel so much more confident in myself in so many other ways.

@Blondeshavemorefun well done, that is indeed a lovely slim shoulder and visible collarbone! And well done/keep at it to everyone else. I need to decide whether to order a 10 or stick to 7.5. I don't want to order and then realise that 7.5 is not enough any more.

Very jealous of those who lose weight /have supression on 2.5 or 5

Tho obv the ones who feel poorly I don't want to feel like that

@Timetochange24 great NSV it's funny isn't it how we come to just accept well this is me and then when what we're doing finally works it feels like a light has been switched on!

@Ithinkimrincewind how have the side effects/suppression been on 7.5?

@Blondeshavemorefun don't be embarrassed it's good to be proud of the changes you're making and the effect that's having!

Having big suppression on 7.5 but I did on 2.5 and 5 until probably the last week or so before I then changed to the dose above. My body seems to respond very well to the drugs and also is designed to follow the pattern set out by the doctors.

Just checking in. Im on week 11 now and 18 lbs down. Really pleased, my last few weeks are all 1 or 2 lbs but I never feel hungry. I figure the injection gives me the patience I need for the long haul.
I have gone up each month like blondes but have just messaged to stick at 7.5mg for the next month.
My only side effects are constipation and some hair loss.
