Med Express delays

Anyone having issues with them. I ordered Tuesday and it’s not been processed yet. Assume it won’t over weekend so that will end up being almost a whole week for approval and then it needs to processed and sent. I’m going to miss my next dose at this rate……

Yeah, mine has been delayed by a week but I order two weeks before I need it so hoping I’ll be fine. They emailed me to say a shortage of 15mg, but assured me even if I had a 30 day break the stuff would still be in my system and I’d be ok to take it. I can’t imagine if a thirty day break was of my choosing they’d let me restart on 15mg!

I've seen many people with med express issues and delays. A few will say they never had a problem but many more seem to do. I was going to use them but it's put me right off.

I’ve just checked and it’s sat in the hallway! I ordered it last Friday, so took a week.

I ordered Wednesday and it arrived today. It varies every month!

I have used Med Express this week for my first MJ kwik pen 2.5mg

I ordered on Wednesday (2/10/24) night at 11:30pm

Had an email off them yesterday (Thursday 3/10/24) saying it had been approved and would be dispatched within 1 working day.

It was delivered today (Friday 4/10/24) by royal mail. I was expecting a delay but that's not what I experienced so I cannot fault them. Very happy with the service I've had.

I wonder if there is more of a delay on the higher doses perhaps. Hopefully you'll receive yours soon.

Mines 5mg so not a bigger dose!

I can recommend Asda if anyone is looking for a pharmacy, always very good.

There are a few on the October starters thread who have ordered and received it quickly, I also requested my 2.5 on Tuesday and received it on Thursday.

Some though have been told there are delays or have had it cancelled so it doesn't seem to be linked to any specific dose, maybe its down to the competence of individual employees.

I’ve messaged them and the message back says a 2-3 day processing time delay. It’s been 4 days. They can’t even answer my message for 2 days they say. I wouldn’t mind but I’m moving next week and need it here before then!

What a nightmare, there doesn't seem to be any sense to it, they clearly aren't processing people in order.

Once they approve it though it should be quick, it's sent by next day delivery with Royal Mail.

Ordered this afternoon, 5mg. I had a tracking no within 20 mins

I have never had delays but the absolute worst is when they dispatch your order on a Saturday. You won’t get it until Monday and chances are it will not be cold on arrival. That’s what puts me off using them sometimes.

I think they send this automatically to everyone after each order. They usually only take a day to approve in my experience

@Waiting9 its been 5 days so far….and still not approved

Today - 6 days after ordering - they have again told me my photo isn’t acceptable. For the second time. The photo adheres to all their rules.

it feels like an excuse for their long delay

I'd switch if I were you. There's no need faffing about with them and their issues. More providers who offer a low price for MJ. I use Numan and with a £100 discount (ask if you'd like one), your pen will come to 129 with free shipping.

I used Cloud too and it's s about 140 odd or so. No need for discounts

Are your clothes tight enough? I had my photo rejected twice before putting my swimsuit on!
I ordered my 7.5 pen yesterday and it has just been delivered ( on a Sunday afternoon!)

@Sadteacher i had leggings and a slim fitted tshirt on. I’m 16.5 stone AND I submitted my Superdrug approval from two weeks ago. I’m not sending a swimsuit picture that’s just not appropriate to demand.

@DanielaDressen yes Daniele in theory it’s this simple. In fact as I’ve been medically approved by a pharmacist only 2 weeks ago and sent them the evidence, them being this picky about it is needless!

@Sadteacher was this a repeat or a new order? I don’t understand why they are taking so long on some and so quickly on others. Just bizarre

I ordered at 11am Friday and it was delivered Saturday by 11am! (Repeat order, not moving up a dose, staying on 5mg)
