Anyone having issues with them. I ordered Tuesday and it’s not been processed yet. Assume it won’t over weekend so that will end up being almost a whole week for approval and then it needs to processed and sent. I’m going to miss my next dose at this rate……

I reordered last Thursday deliberately so that they delivered next week when DH was away with work, only for it to be dispatched the same day and delivered Friday afternoon!

never had such a speedy delivery and the ice packs were still all ice.

Maybe they just hate me 😝

I would try Numan next time. Very speedy and professional. They have a great app and you get your next dose sent automatically without having to order unless you choose to pause it. No hassle and it's just done. If you decide to switch dm me for a discount code (it's £100 off at the moment).

I'd switch if I were you. There's no need faffing about with them and their issues

but they’ve got my money! Can you PM the code though as might try and cancel this then. Thanks @WiknowARyder

@Sadteacher i had leggings and a slim fitted tshirt on. I’m 16.5 stone AND I submitted my Superdrug approval from two weeks ago. I’m not sending a swimsuit picture that’s just not appropriate to demand.

Sure, I've pmed you. (Happy to pm anybody else who'd like the £100 off code from Numan).

I hope you get your money. They should refund you once you tell them you'd like to cancel instead.

Many people seem to have issues with them but many people don't have issues too. So I think it's the luck of the draw with medexpress. I'd rather go with the reliable ones though than not knowing which hand I'll be dealt. Most people go with them for the discount - I think they're the highest in terms of discount turnaround but I'm not sure.

Well they didn’t demand it, I just got fed up of them rejecting it. I wore slim fitting clothes before but clearly not tight enough. They have to be confident before they prescribe it or I’m sure they’d get into trouble.

It’s a week now. On hold to them to try and get through to cancel it as I need to order from elsewhere. Been on hold for ages

Such a stressful experience. Hope you get sorted soon!

Soshiny · 07/10/2024 11:15

30 mins on hold so far

Any luck?

Soshiny · 07/10/2024 21:35

No, I gave up after nearly an hour.

how easy is switching? Would emails of order confirmation suffice?

Edited

When I switched to MedExpress, I believe they wanted a photo of my previous prescription (the sticker on the first box) and a full body photo (taken in workout leggings and a T-shirt which I pulled tight behind me as I took the picture so it showed everything. I suggest a light coloured shirt as people have reported difficulty getting approved if the clothes are dark and don’t show as much detail)

Yes, Medexpress are proving to be a nightmare. The last order took a week and ended up going to Inverness. The ice packs had melted and I swear that the contents of the pen did not work (10). They don’t appear to answer emails or phone calls but eventually wrote to say they thought the pen was fine. No weight loss last month.
They wanted answers to questions this time eg was I eating protein, was I injecting properly, etc.
Im still waiting to see if the 12.5 will arrive as there is no indication that the order has been approved but they took the money. Royal Mail are a pretty bad service sometimes as well but appear to be the only delivery service for MedEx.

Has anyone switched to another supplier for the higher doses?

I'd switch if I were you. There's no need faffing about with them and their issues. More providers who offer a low price for MJ. I use Numan and with a £100 discount (ask if you'd like one), your pen will come to 129 with free shipping.

I used Cloud too and it's s about 140 odd or so. No need for discounts

Hey, would you pm me the code too please. I'm having issues with med express too.
Thanks
