Juniper questions

So I finally bit the bullet and signed up with Juniper. I'd been umming and ahhing but at 105kg and 162cm (16st and 5ft3in) I am progressively struggling to make a dent.

Anyway, they asked for a couple of photos (front and side profile of stomach) and said they will get back to me with either a Mounjaro or Wegovy plan. I was very very excited up until I read they would tell me which one I would get.

I really wanted to start Mounjaro and assumed after I paid I would get the option. Does anyone know if they find me ineligible for Mounjaro whether I can tell them I don't want to go ahead?

I would pop them an email.

Once they approved me they gave me a choice. If they don't give you a choice then just don't proceed with ordering.

Also- the website says you get a full refund if you are ineligible or change your mind.

I signed up on Friday afternoon and heard back yesterday so 3 working days. I'm a very similar height and weight to you and was approved with no problems.

I'm waiting to hear back - so good to know it should be very soon.

I've been really hesitant about this, but I like what I've seen so far with Juniper. Just want to get going now!

They told me they'd get back within 3 working days. Me too really want to get going!

I just checked and I did the original online assessment 6 30 Friday night, then got a message back 9.30 yesterday morning. There was then some things I had to read and confirm and the order confirmed first thing. Hope that's some help to someone!

I just saw on another thread someone asking if they should take pics in their underwear for Medexpress as their fully clothed one got rejected. I took my photos for Juniper in my undies as that's what the cartoon example image showed and I copied it like a plum without thinking. Now I'm mortified that a prescriber is looking at it.

I sent underwear ones too! Well, bikini bottoms and normal bra. I figured I want to start honest and real.

I dig this username out every time I go on a diet 🫣

I sent underwear ones as they needed to see my flabby tum at least! I imagine they deleted them as quickly as they could...

I had visions of them puking in a bucket when they saw mine 😂

Had an email to say one or two more working days

Mine arrived this morning. I am obviously now too scared to start.

I've just done the first injection and set up the Bluetooth scales. Genuinely didn't feel the needle - to the point where I thought I hadn't put it in!

Frankly it was harder to set up the scales than do the injection.

What day did you pay/submit your form?

I did mine on Wednesday but haven't heard anything back yet.

Do they provide scales too? I clearly haven't read the small print!

@doodlydooo I signed up on Tuesday, had an email yesterday morning to say I'm nearly at the head of the queue - and another today to say 1-2 working days more.

You get scales which connect to the app for tracking. And a tape measure. For measuring. Obvs. 😁

So I'm going to have to live through you now. 13 minutes in, how's your appetite? 😆

It was a week from initial payment to pen arriving I think.

The tape measure is incredibly cute. My teenage boys kept wondering in while I was trying to unpack everything and I have no idea where it is now because I hid everything under the duvet. I really wish they would learn to knock!

I haven't told anyone other than on here what I am planning to do. I don't really understand why.

I couldn't believe how straightforward mine was. Entered height/weight 5.3 and 12.7 stone. Fully clothed photo, not full length -just waist up, All approved in an hour and was delivered the next day! I obviously got lucky, ps with Medexpress, £40 off and £11 cashback with topcashback if you use it.
It's in the fridge will start tomorrow!
