I'm not sure whether to stick at 5.0mg or move up for my next pen.
Due to take the bonus from my 5.0mg pen today. I ordered another 5.0mg as generally it has been good for me but now I'm wondering whether I should move up.
This week I haven't really lost, I'm a daily weigher and have been bouncing around the same kilo. Have a 0.5kg loss Sunday to Sunday but Monday to Monday my weight is the same and Saturday to Saturday 0.1 off.
I have felt a bit more hungry this week, have snacked a bit but not much, I am still having smaller meals but not feeling as full as quickly. I was able to resist having a packet of crisps at the pub yesterday and didn't get anything at Starbucks when DH got a coffee and brownie to freshen him up for the drive but I definitely felt ready for dinner.
Not sure whether I am over reacting to a slow week or whether I will regret starting the 5.0mg pen.
I could get a 7.5 in time for jab day if I want to and then save the 5.0 for when I want to drop down.
Total loss so far is 7kg on 9 doses (1 pen 2.5mg 1 pen 5.0mg).
Interested in what other people's experiences have been and what they have done.
