Weigh in day for me today - 15lb lost over 4 weeks - quite incredible.
Took a slightly random 4.15mg dose this morning from my new 5mg pen.
I've generally been unbelievably impressed so far with how this is working but most importantly I think for the first time I've started to make my peace with what it's like to spend your life battling with weight. That so many of us will have spent decades feeling like it's our fault, that we're weak and greedy and if only we could be morally 'better' like naturally slim people. Having now experienced a few weeks with little/no food cravings and having to constantly battle hunger in order to chip away at the problem, only to be back where you started after eventually caving in...... I realise it's just not the same for those people who don't suffer from that!
What led me to MJ was that I'd regained a couple of stone from a large weight loss 4 years ago and was struggling to be able to get "back in the zone" to lose it again. And so I was slowly getting bigger and bigger again and tipped into obese BMI. It was so depressing and I couldn't understand why my efforts weren't working. I'd have a few good days, then eat more normally for a couple of days, and be back where I started.
