I'm on day 6 of week 4 and feeling pretty rubbish - after 3 weeks of feeling pretty good. Since Friday I've had a lot of pain in my gut. Not gas, I'm not constipated, don't have the runs. But my appetite has completely gone, to an extent that doesn't feel healthy. I've been eating small amounts of what I can, including protein, lots of veg, whole grain carbs (e.g. puy lentils). And lots of water.
So far today I've only had a small bowl of greek yogurt, with a few raspberries, some nut granola and a 'breakfast mix' with milled flax, chia, pumpkin and sunflower. And tonight is a fish pie with leeks, carrots, peas and spinach. Even while I was prepping it I didn't feel tempted.
I'm due my bonus dose on Wednesday but I think I'll not take anything more until I'm feeling better, and then maybe start with a half does of 1.25mg.
Despite eating like a mouse I haven't lost any weight this week either.
