What possessed you to do that?

It's actually 7.91mg.

The dose from your pen is only 2.5mg in 0.6ml of MJ.

So you've had nearly 8mg in one go!

I'm surprised the suppression has changed a lot from the start to the end of the 4 weeks, that's all. Definitely not feeling like I'm on it at all today but I'm going to have to stop it one day so being able to deal with it is key

I was originally with Boots for 2 pens then realised how expensive they are so moved to Parmlous but moving again to Oushk as I like how they engage and there maintenance.

I do water aerobics once a week, 40 minutes of Pilates three times a week and average just under 8k of steps a day.

I don't really understand this bonus dose

I get they give extra to prime

But if there is a 5th dose equalling another dose why on Earth do they do that in the pens

Or give less liquid or say each one lasts 5w /doses

Hiya! I'm swimming 2 to 3 times a week, one PT session, spin bike once a week and gentle yoga twice a week. As a chronic over-exerciser I'm trying to find a good balance of movement that I enjoy and not just to burn the most calories.

I'm not sure whether they can do anything. As it isn't over the max weekly amount hopefully it isn't too dangerous just very unpleasant, but @AnnieMcFanny should seek medical advice.

It's to make sure you don't lose out on mls going on priming instead of dosing, it's better safe than sorry thing

Yes, I read it as a higher dose for @AnnieMcFanny , potentially up to twice i.e. 5 before she planned, but not three times. Hope all is well

I read it that @AnnieMcFanny withdrew 1ml, and injected 0.9 of that - so that would be around 3.75 which is what most people go up to? Hope that’s right Annie!

I’ve been in bed all day, DH had to take DD to reception this morning and as she was only doing a morning my friend whose little girl is also there (and DD’s bestie) has kindly picked her up and taken her back to theirs for the afternoon. So lucky because I’m not sure I could have physically dragged myself to the school!

Haven’t thrown up since the morning but feel absolutely shattered, achey and still have a feeling like I need another poo that won’t come out. I’m not sure I can blame this on the mj now - seems odd I injected late Monday and didn’t get the extreme side effects until last night. Maybe it genuinely is just a bug or one of my IBS flare ups - I’ve had them exactly like this before sickness and all. Still, it’s made me wary and I’ll definitely stick to 2.5 for my next dose at least as I’m away abroad the following weekend and couldn’t cope with feeling like this again.

On the plus side it looks like I’ve lost another 3lbs so a stone total, though I’m taking that with a pinch of salt as it will be mostly due to the night I’ve had and sure to level out once I manage to start eating again.

Only had water today felt too ill for anything else but I might just try a piece of toast or a crumpet or something - not exactly peak nutrition but I don’t think I could cope with anything else.

My dad has a wicked case of gastroenteritis at the moment so I think there's a bug going round

In case it’s useful I have the Body FX app on my tv. I enjoy the variety of exercises. You can of course find plenty free exercises online.

Thinking about it more @AnnieMcFanny could've only done 3.75 if she was on her 4th dose as there wouldn't be that much in the pen! The entire pen is 5 (ish) doses of 2.5, so to do 7.5 she would have to be on dose 3, so nothing to worry about!

She states that she collected 1.0ml in the insulin syringe, primed it and then injected the remaining 0.9ml which would be equivalent to a dose of 3.75mg.

Hope that is the case...there wouldn't be enough remaining in the pen to give a massive dose, she had already used up 3 doses.
