I'm on day 6 and I feel similar in that I've wanted crisps today I don't know you could take it a day early , I'll try and hold off till tomorrow but it's been the nicest feeling not constantly wanting to eat crap , I haven't had any hunger pangs I have only noticed since yesterday I wanted to ear a bit more
I've drank Pepsi max all week too and my black coffee
I have ibs so I'm used to constipation so haven't felt any worse so far

I read that fizzy drinks will make side effects worse. Have you noticed you've wanted as much as usual?

I ordered with Asda and had it approved on Monday and I’m impatiently waiting for mine to arrive! The confirmation said Tues-Thurs so I’m really
hoping tomorrow is the day!

I was approved on Monday and it is meant to arrive between Tuesday and Thursday. A bit sad it hasn’t arrived yet as now I’m going to have to wait until Saturday to start.

Well I’ve finally had word from Chemists 4 U that mine is on the way. I never got any emails so had to chase them.

Mine is dispatched and saying delivery tomorrow.
Can't decide when to start, Friday night or Saturday morning

Day 3 for me today and I've been quite hungry! Last night I felt hungry around 2 hours after dinner. Today I've felt quite hungry and have been thinking about food a lot, although when I have been eating I get full/satiated on a much smaller portion to my usual portion sizes.

Also a bit TMI but my period, which ended a few days ago, has now restarted - 10 days after I initially started my period. I'm usually very regular and only 5-6 days in length so this is very odd for me.

@MILTOBE I haven't drank more than a couple of cans a day which I know isn't great but I mostly drink black coffee or water alongside , maybe I haven't wanted them as much now I think about it but I haven't noticed any side effects except a funny taste , felt cold for a day and had lower back pain for a few hours

Old habits kicking in tonight have had my tea which was a reasonable portion of bolognese with pasta , snack head is back but trying to keep within 1400 calories so I’ve had a ice lolly and a packet of animal cookies totalling 200 calories - this is the habit I need to break !

I’ve finally had word of my delivery for tomorrow, typically it’s the one day that I have to go out in the afternoon! Fingers crossed for the morning. I can’t decide whether to start tomorrow when it arrives or not. When do symptoms typically kick in?

People say to take it in the evening so that any symptoms happen while you sleep. I took mine in the afternoon and felt odd early the next morning until lunchtime, then I was fine.

Day 3

Forced down 900 calories in total

Had salted nuts and a gin - was good 😊

Day 5. Just weighed myself and I have lost 6.8lbs! Side effects so far are heartburn and constipation but nothing too bad. I can't quite believe it.

End of first week - no real side effects apart from slight nausea and the excess saliva mostly between days 1-3.
Appetite suppressed and felt full right up until lateish on Day 7. I have now taken my second dose.
I lost 6.6lbs and although I know this will slow down, I am over the moon. I have PCOS and I have never managed to lose this much in a week and it's been so easy.
This may be psychosomatic but lately I've been struggling with focus at work and for the last week I've been able to focus and just get on with things easily.

It's finally here! I've just had a sandwich for lunch and feel bloated (pretty sure I have a bread intolerance) so may wait until later to take the first dose.

Haven't told DH. Not sure I want to yet but he is a 'feeder' so think I'll mention it later.

Depressingly my very old scales upstairs (mechanical) say I'm a stone lighter than the new ones I ordered a few weeks back. I'm using the new scales for tracking weight so...

Mone has arrived, want to start today jut have a tickets for a gig tomorrow night and worried side effects might stop me going so will have to wait until tomorrow evening

Finally back from holiday and can join. Just injected dose one from 2.5 pen. Bit scared now, but excited too!

Exciting! How was it? I'm nervous and excited. I have almost 5 stone to lose.

@LaurieFairyCake Salted nuts and a G&T would be my idea of heaven but since starting this I haven't even thought of having a drink. It's really weird, but I'm making the most of it.

@MILTOBE I haven’t drunk either, it was the same on Saxenda for me, totally lost the craving. Which is brill because lots of my calories came from wine!!

I am day 5 or maybe 6 (injected sat Pm) and I’ve lost 10lb!

Injecting was fine @NiceUnusualDifferent but that's because I'm used to injecting myself in my belly fat because I had clexane during and after both pregnancies.

Two hours in and I feel normal.

Day 6 and my suppression has gone. Hungry and reaching for food out of habit again.

Will power needed for a couple of days.
