This weeks loss: 1lb so 18lb so far. I’m slightly disappointed because my scales showed a 2lb loss yesterday but I’ll get over myself!

That’s the same message I get on screen, I’m taking it to mean that it has to be controlled by their online doctor ie you’d need to fill in the form and get it approved each time. I just don’t want to do it too soon that it gets rejected, or too late that it doesn’t arrive in time.

Third jab tomorrow and I'm still only 5lb down...4 last week which is great, but only 1 this week which is disappointing. Calorie deficit and been on a couple of big hikes.

Four weeks down I've lost 19lbs - so happy. I've tried a different injection site this week (thigh) - a bit anxious tbh but we'll see how it goes!

Suppression definitely doesn't seem to be as strong for me on this second jab - not quite as hungry as pre-Mounjaro but definitely less suppressed than after the first one. I'm also away visiting family so zero control over the food I'm being offered - portions aren't massive or wildly unhealthy choices, but it's just not the food I would choose to maximise my results.

Very much bracing for a gain/no movement when I get back home.

Hi, I've been on Mounjaro 2.5 for 4 weeks now. I've only been weighing for the last two and have lost 4lbs which am happy about - only another million to go!

I've been lurking and reading for a while but thought I'd finally take the plunge and say hello. Thank you to @KillinMounjaro for the Zava code. I've just ordered the 5mg pen and got it for £122.

Am almost at the end of week 4.
Only 4kg down and eating about 800 cals per day. Hope it speeds up now as no effect in the first few weeks. It's seemed very slow.

I get your frustration, and am doing similar. I lost a lot of weight on the Fast800 four years ago so I'm eating similar to that now. However, even on 800cals a day with no white carbs, but good fats and high protein, I was 'only' losing 1kg a week (eventually lost 20kg).

I think my metabolism is wonky.
But if scales going down it's ok I suppose

This is so unfair! I've only lost 8.5 lbs in the same time period! No alcohol, no chocolates, no snacks, nothing (not a hardship, either). I can't understand why I haven't lost more but will keep going and hope the 5 mg dose will do the trick.

@MILTOBE I get that it can be disconcerting but 8.5lbs is a GREAT loss. I had a LOT to lose so my numbers are probably inflated due to that. A lot of people find the weight loss really kicks into high gear at 5mg - hopefully that's you!

Im the same…I’m down 9.2lbs in 4 weeks although official weigh day is tomorrow. 5lb week 1, 3.5 week 2, 0.7 week 3 and nothing week 4 although I will weigh again tomorrow just in case 🤣. Moving up to 5 tomorrow so hopefully will see a loss again 🤞

Day 2 of 5 mg feel really sick. I still managed lunch though .

Currently on week two with only 1lb loss so far!
I’m planning on ordering my 5mg dose soon, hopefully that’ll make a difference once I finish this pen. I last ordered through med express so was planning to stick with them at the moment. Medexpress no longer do discount codes for Mounjaro, I moved over to zava from them because of that reason.

I started my first dose yesterday.
Someone earlier in the thread said about microdosing. So I’ll be splitting my weekly dose over 3 injections, hopefully this means I don’t get the side effects quite as bad and the dose lasts the whole week instead of tailing off over the last 2 days. The urge for food has sort of dulled, I haven’t craved sweets and chocolate as I usually would (had the day off work for sports day so the means and opportunity has been there!) and still feel full from breakfast, so pleased so far!

Last year I managed to drop 2st doing Fast800, I’m planning to eat to those principles and hope the destructive voices in my head are silenced!

Thank you. Not sure I'll be able to get my head around that! I wish I could split the 5 mg into 2x2.5 doses, but the prices are the same for both, which seems odd.

Those of you who've gone on to the 5 mg dose - how do you feel in the first week? Do side effects hit you immediately?

so will be 30 clicks for 2.5 dose of 5mg pen

Yes, I cannot remember the posters name, but she injects 0.2mL three times a week. It made sense to me so i decided to do the same. I’m not squeamish and I work in a hospital so was happy to do it myself. I cant find much information about it so I’m not sure whether its a great idea, but happy to try a couple of weeks and see if it suits!
