B half cup porridge, 2 tbsp chia seeds, blueberries, milk
L chicken breast, tomatoes, 2 x wholemeal bread, salad cream
D Sirloin steak and vegetables, Dijon mustard
S strawberries, few almonds, banana, kiwi
yesterday
Bunch: cheese and mushroom omelette, salad
Dinner: breaded fish, vegetables, tomato sauce
Snack: Greek yogurt and berries, small amount dark chocolate
Tuesday

L left over fish, fennel and chickpea traybake
D steamed salmon and vegetables with soy sauce
