Week 3 day 5 maybe… I weigh most days and am coming in at 14st9, which if I stay that way will mean 1st and 3lb in total.

I’ve just (hopefully) bought from Zava too, I was using ASDA but they’re 179. I’ve gone 5mg as my symptoms have eased this week so hoping that it will be a similar process with 5mg, if not I’ll drop down.

The only thing that works for me is Psyllium Husk tablets daily. Colon Cleanse(Aloe Vera based) from H&B did nothing for prevention.

I took a Dulcolax before moving onto the PH and I was so I'll from it so wouldn't recommend!

2 kiwi fruits daily are supposed to be very good too, I struggled to eat enough of them though!

Second week done. Only side effect has been constipation. Appetite suppression wearing off today (jab due at 5). Duloclax and prunes seemed to have done the job but I think I'll get some psyllium husk as mentioned by @OnInstagramAsMounjaroJourneyUK.

Third week done and after being a bit stalled for a few days weight has started shifting again. Still getting good suppression on 2.5mg but have already received the 5mg pen for next set, I ordered early to make sure there was no gap and then MedExpress were a lot quicker than I expected sending it.

Week 3 on 2.5mg and 8.8kg down which is super amazing. I am battling appetite suppressant as I want to remain healthy but I have noticed this week that I get to dinner time (MyFitnessPal time) that I either missed lunch or breakfast surviving on coffee fumes.

Symptoms week 1-3 dry mouth drinking water constantly

Week 3 on injection day was gassy and a lil constipated having to up my veg intake.
Considering 5mg but thinking to stick with 2.5 as the symptoms has been minimal and I am 11kg away from my goal

I can recommend a baby food pouch or two of pureed prunes for constipation!

Seconded psyllium husk if you're feeling bloated, just drink lots of water.

Still haven't lost anything halfway through week 2...

Mine has just been delivered. Planning to inject tomorrow morning. Feeling super nervous about the actual injection.

I've also ordered some electrolytes after reading on FB that they help.

@Callmejudith I felt like that too, but honestly you don't even feel it. It's a short needle too, and really really fine; you wouldn't know it was going in you if you weren't looking.

I have zero plans this weekend apart from the gym so hopefully if there are any side effects I can deal with them before work on Monday.

I too am a big needle wuss but you barely feel it. Not saying I wasn’t sweating bullets the whole time though!!!!!

four days after my first shot and I'm still not feeling any effects. Wish it was sunday so I could take the second!

Counting down to my next shot tonight. Thinking I might do a 2.5 plus bonus dose. Have a 5 mg pen in the fridge for next week

1pack sweet chilli ready cooked chicken slices and small salad. 1gf wrap to make the above a wrap. 1bag baked crisps. Costing me a fortune though must remember my lunch or at least parts of it!

No snackage at all but it has been a struggle today

4th dose done. Tried the hard twist got out the tiniest ever bit. Then the mechanism thing broke so I gave up. Does seem a waste but not brave enough for extracting it.

So going into week 4 13lbs down so far.

I started on Sunday and I've lost 6lb 🥳 I'm so happy with that!! Will weigh myself on Sunday to confirm. I just don't ever feel hungry, it's such a weird feeling, I'm forcing myself to eat. Hopefully this will spur me on to change my eating habits for good.

I started on Sunday too I’m between 4-5lbs down which is fab. I’m being strict with tracking stuff on myfitnessPal to help me reset my portion size but tbh I’m not that hungry either, it’s bizarre & brilliant. I’ve been hungrier today but had a couple of boiled eggs as extra snacks to hit my protein target.

Well done @Summerslimm, you're doing amazing too! I'm not tracking so need to start thinking about protein more. I've been relying on peanut butter!

For anyone nervous about injecting - I watch this step by step guide while I am doing it - so I do all the steps at the same time it give me something to focus on and I just do the jab at the same time as I panic about not keeping in time and missing a step. I think the ritual of doing this helps keep me calm.

On a different note - anyone having horrendous periods! I take the pill so I don't have period so slightly traumatised and the heavy seemingly never ending period I'm having this month. I read that every time you go up a dose you need to give it 4 weeks for your body to adjust again so if I go up every 4 weeks this will just keep happening 😩

It really varies with me 30-80g. Probably somewhere in the middle.
