How lovely that you're both wearing dresses, RGR. I've always thought that, had I married a woman, I'd have liked us both to wear dresses, rather than one of us wear a suit.
cat, your dress is amazing! There was one like that in the shop where I bought mine and my sister fell in love with it :)
cookie, yours is lovely too :)
aufaniae said what I was going to say about ceilidh bands. I went to school in Scotland and my mother is Irish. So it should be a laugh, if nothing else.
Mjin! Lovely to see you :o
This is my dress.
DD (11, MoH) has a 50s-style halterneck, white with a black skull pattern on it. She is insisting on wearing it with yellow patent DMs :o
My sisters are my BMs. They haven't chosen their dresses yet, but they have free rein to have whatever they like, in whatever colour they like. All the same, same dress/different colours, same colour/different dresses, all different... I don't care!
DS is walking down the aisle with me and will be wearing black trousers, a vintage waistcoat, a white shirt and a bow tie.
Everyone who wants them shall have Converse. I will have them for the reception (I have these until the dancing).
