If visiting an island and you want to give them something, do you just drop it as you would on your own island? Also, how does one get/make medicine?

@Gotmyprincecharming Hopefully you have the DIY recipe as you can’t craft without it. If you do have the recipe then it’s a wasp nest and 3 clumps of weed. You can also buy medicine from Nook’s Cranny or receive them from concerned villagers if you’ve been stung by a wasp.

Yeah just drop it.

You can make medicine with wasps nests and weeds or you can just buy it in nooks cranny, from the cabinet there.

I have way too many spare DIYs, I was saving them for my younger sister who is now very bored of ACNH. Does anyone want spare DIYs? I can deliver a pocketful at a time.

Hiya, I've taken the decision to reset my island, I really didn't like the lay out etc. So I'm not going to be around tonight but I will be opening my gates tomorrow, if anyone can help out with bits and pieces!.
Magissa - hope your OK. We had an okay day today. I will look forward to our catch up tomorrow.
My island was lemon but I will let you know the new name shortly.
