Do I need to have a subscription to go to friends islands and to allow them to come to mine?

I have two switches... with islands and the game on (the limited edition one came back into stock and I just really wanted one - intended to sell my original but it's got an island with some of the rare villagers on and so's my other one so I still have both switches).

Has anyone got decent sales price for turnips right now? My prices have just gone down all week, now less than half of what I paid for them.

I have 53 for turnips on one switch and 133 on the other - neither are particularly good

I will have shooting stars tonight and can post a dodo code later if anyone wants to visit to wish on a few. I have lots of fruit and spare recipes as well if anyone wants any.
