Our local group had our first socially distant raid t'other day, there were 11 in the lobby and only 3 of us were physically at the gym. The bantz on the message group afterwards was funny though after I introduced them to a new word.

That's the negative side of lockdown, many players are too worried to get within 10m of another. There are some friends I haven't seen in months, and just a few I have seen to have a socially distant chat. Still, mustn't grumble.

Yes tumpy it's my usual raiding group. Are you in the local fb group? There will be a messenger or discord group for Central.
Ive done a couple of 1starvraids from home too, though it does feel like a waste of a pass!
Took the kids up to the park and caught about 20 magmar... No shinies tho grr. Really want one too.

A hint for remote raiding is not to push to the limits of where you can see.

Added you @bellabelly I can't open gifts at the moment as my bag is full but I'll send gifts. I have over 1000 balls.

I just delete normal balls so that I can open gifts. They fill up again so fast at the moment.

I deleted loads of potions and used loads of berries progressing buddies but I keep meaning to do an incense and a star piece after DD is asleep as I have about 50 each of them too.
I used to give her my phone to catch pokemon but she kept buying poffins with the poke coins so she's not allowed anymore

Don't forget that you can feed berries to Pokémon in gyms. Either a gym of your own team colour if you're within reach, or any gym you have a Pokémon in, which can be fed remotely. You go in via the gym badge if your feeding remotely. You get 20 stardust for each berry fed, increase your gym friendship level, and sometime you'll get a candy back in exchange. I use nanabs as they're the least use.

Thanks for adding me again! Have been having a happy morning using incense and luring lots of pokemon that I haven't seen before. Am levelling up quite quickly this time, helpful that I have more of a clue what I am doing!

@BaronessBomburst I feed berries when I can at the gym but the one on our standard walk changes teams a lot, it's by a supermarket so I think people battle in the queue.

I'm doing really well in working through level 38, due to the Gotcha catching and then regular evolving. Would recommend.

It's satisfying maxing things out.

What're you all getting upto on the 1st, when the game is down? (I think it's on the evening in the UK.)

My baby alt got a decent Feebas, so she might be the first one out of the 3 of 'us' to evolve it.

The 3 of 'us' and my bestie did a 4* raid and won.

I go up to the fields where there's a lovely bit of Pokemon. It's awesome. Here it is in one world- and the other world.

Ooh, that's a lovely spot for a bit of pokemon! All the gyms/ stops I have discovered have been in town. I feel a bit self conscious hanging around! A bloke said to me (mid battle) that if I hit the screen any harder I'd break my phone!

I really hope they don’t go up to Level 50. I am so close to 40 that it’s keeping me motivated to keep playing; I think another 10 levels would stop my motivation.

I've just discovered the naming trick on Eevee - it evolves into different things. Very excited.
