I got this beauty, just as the event was ending. No illumise or volveat though.

Anyone else got this new challenge? Apparently not many on my local FB group have yet - is it a glitch?

Apparently the new challenge was a mistake!

Me and my son are back playing after a longish break.

We are lucky that we can spin about 10 stops on our daily dogwalk so can send plenty of gifts to people who need the items.

Omg! I am so happy! They have extended the distance you can spin a pokestop from so I can now reach one from my house. Happy days!

My buddy went to collect some gifts for me today and there are remote raid passes in the shop in the one coin box.

I've still got loads of items so I'm sending gifts but not opening because I end up having to delete stuff.

We got the 3 remote passes for 1 coin. After that it's 100 coins for a pass. It's a bit steep considering it's harder to get coins from gyms.

I used a remote raid pass, defeated the Pokemon but then the game froze except the timer kept going and so the battle ended up timing out but still nothing happened so I had to close the app and so I got nothing and wasted that remote raid pass!!

@TinyGringotts I've sent a request to the first number, I'm already friends with the other number.

I'm hoping I can do a remote raid, I need to do a raid for part to of the special mission/research.

This is less exciting than it should be though as I am currently overwhelmed with pokéballs. I have never had so many!

I did a Landorous raid with my DCs remotely earlier and it worked great for us. Looking forward to the regional events coming up too.

Nice one witchsharkadder! I've just caught one as a reward from battling in great league... Which is great for me as I don't have high enough cp Pokémon to be able to raid on my own for anything above 3*...
Filled lots of my Pokédex today - I got pinsir and lickitung near pokestops, a riolu hatched and got the landorus after winning 4 battles!!!
Have 20 gifts in my bag, about 150 balls so all set for another week at home!!!

Squeeeee, I've finally managed to a shiny of every eeveelution!

I had 900 balls at one point I deleted loads of raid passes and potions to make some room. There are 4 stops and a gym on our shortest walk and they're quite generous at the moment.

What is with the Breakthrough researches being Alolan Exeggutors??? Been back playing 3 weeks. Had 3 Alolan Exeggutors - what an enormous disappointment.
