I'll pay for DS' and my main accounts. I like doing the research. Still refuse to put money on for anything else though, although I'm running short of balls these days. The Gotcha has stopped working with the latest update too, so I can't spin on my way to work anymore. I'm prioritising gifts to UK players and children at the moment, but apologies to anyone I might have missed.

Anyone going for the incense event today?

@BarronessBornHurst I was looking forward to Incense Day, but as you say, the Gotchas aren't working :( I didn't think I had automatic update installed, so thought I'd avoid i, but no. :( Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

Did anyone get anything good with the incense? I got one shiny sentret which dd bagsied (she didn’t get any and I already had one) and a 4* geodude.

I got 4 shiny Sentrets but nothing else of great interest.

My Gotcha evolve wasn't working. I uninstalled PoGo and turned off bluetooth, restarted phone. Installed pogo and Gotcha app, updated gotcha and then it would connect. Caught me a shiny drowzee from incense day.

I didn’t do incense day, I’m not a fan of Sentret but I did catch a shiny Charmander on my walk today, I was well chuffed!

I put incense on about 1.45 but all the sentrets annoyed me.we went on a long bike ride today so I spun a load of stops with my trusty phone holder in use! Probably not the safest thing but hey ho!
I have spent money on the game, my DP is a developer and he is very pro putting money towards people providing us with entertainment. I have got the ticket for next week too. 😊

I only did an hour of incense day when we went for a walk, 3 shiny Sentrets to add to the four I already had anyway and nothing else of any use I might've been more inclined to play for longer had they left the Sentrets out or it tbh. Or, even better, released a new shiny for the event.

I'm going to do the research for Abra day too though and looking forward to Illumise in this week's event.

I still don't have a shiny sentret but really want one! I'm going to evolve it straight away and call my furret Bagpuss.
I'm cursed with shinies. I rarely get them, despite playing, ahem, a fair bit.

Glad my little contributions livens your day Hedgehogs! Before this, I used to travel a lot, so if it ever goes back to normal hopefully I'll be able to send you some more interesting stops than just the bottom of my garden...

I use to go out with my rollerskates to spin stops, but my health insurance isn't quite regular so I'm terrified of both a huge bill and having to go to A&E in a pandemic just for a self-inflicted broken wrist.

So do I @Goldenhedgehogs, it's made me some really good rl friends too. Before lockdown some of us would meet up at a local landmark to have a Pokewalk and catch up on gossip and local news. It's not the same keeping up via Messenger.

I keep forgetting about gifts and any I see that are from forrin are left unopened until I have egg space.

@Goldenhedgehogs @DoctorTwo Me too, been along to a local group a couple of times for Raid Hour. Lots of rewards and really nice people. I hope to do more stuff with them.

The best thing my 'ex' ever did for me is give me this lil' Magikarp. It almost makes it all worth it

Hehe Nomoredickheads that is best break-up settlement ever! Such a commitment evolving a magikarp, they look so cool as the evolved form ( can't spell it!) but rubbish flapping around with you while it gets there. My husband has been trying for ages and he is just half-way.

Juniloola I think that's a good point you make about supporting developers and people who work in gaming by buying in game features. Pokémon is so generous I think in what you can do for free and it is so slick I forget there are people creating and maintaining the Pokémon universe. I am really impressed with the tweeks introduced because of the pandemic, but would love to trade remotely. I am going to play the community day, I am doing it instead of buying take away coffees.
