I only need Tauros from Kanto and then that’s completely finished I knew friends I could trade with for it who’d been to America but I wanted to wait to catch one myself.

Will there be a community day in October?

dillite Both October and November community days were announced with the September one; October’s is the 21st October and November’s is the 10th November

The featured Pokemon for them haven’t been announced yet though; just the dates.

I'm in a 7k egg! Tangela and Porygon which wasn't mentioned by Niantic so a bit of a suprise

I hatched a Porygon too. The only regional I’ve hatched so far is a Farfetched, which I already had. I need a Tauros and a Kangastan to complete my Kanto dex.

Out for a walk now, 4km to go!

I already knew Tangela and Porygon had been added to the pool but I can’t remember where I found out about it!

SneakyGremlins It was (at 3.8%) before the addition of regionals and Tangela and Porygon to the 7km eggs.

I really want a shiny Geodude! I probably wouldn’t evolve it. I evolved my shiny shellder but cloyster isn’t as nice.

Still no shiny Magikarp...hoarding candies until I get one, I want a red Gary!

I was in Canada a few weeks ago and got a couple of Tauros, i was very excited to get them but am sure I’ll get another now instead of the ones I want/need

I’m been playing since the very beginning and still don’t have a hitmonlee! Yesterday I saw it twice in a nearby pokestop but couldn’t go to get it. So close yet still so far

I just got my shiny Gary, today after catching a second goldenkarp. First was cp24, this was 124. Stats are pants, but who cares when its only purpose is to look pretty?

Yay on the Hitmonlee @Bellebp. I felt the same yesterday when I caught my first Hitmonchan.

I'll soon have a Nido king and queen too. Half way to a Venosaur.

I got the baby hitmon thingy last week in an egg and then it disappeared so I must’ve transferred it by accident
Also got my first venosaur too last week as finally had enough candy to evolve. I’d been walking it for like forever! Nearly done with the first lot on the Pokédex now just 4 more I think!

The other Gary I evolved today was a hundo caught as a quest encounter, so also has a long way to go to be a useable level.

Did a massive afternoon of Pokemon today. Hatched 6 alolan eggs = 3 sandshrew, 1 porygon (great for candy) and 2 Tauros! I've shared one with DD as she won't be as likely to get one given how limited her playing it. Just need Kanga and Mewtwo to complete Kanto.

Also got myself to level 7 of Celebi and got the excellent curveball on a Doduo. Just 21 grass/psychic types and Celebi is all mine.

But my oddly favourite thing is a Ponyta. It has 0 IV.

I hatched 2 event eggs today and predictably hot Mr Mime 😡 and a Meowth. I have the gold pilot badge so the miles don't matter either.

I've hatched 6 7k eggs, so far, this event. All alolan. Half of them meowth.

I’ve read something which suggested only 12.5% chance of hatching regionals. I only need a Kanga so not holding out much hope

Well done on the red Gary PickAChew. I’m still desperately searching for a golden Magikarp.

An odd thing happened yesterday. Got a Spinda to catch but it ran away. Then it appeared in my Pokémon. Definitely the one that ran away at 5 pm yesterday.

I’ve found 4 shiny Magikarp I don’t want four, I’d rather have found two other shinies I don’t have!

One of them was 93% as well so I have a very powered up 93% shiny Gyarados now

Is it normal to not have seen a single shiny Pokemon? I’ve not been playing for too long but I’ve caught nearly 2000 Pokemon in total and not seen a single shiny.

I've only got 3 shiney and caught 14,300 pokemon
