I haven’t spent anything on the game, currently level 37. I spend pretty much all the coins I get from gyms on incubators though to get more Pokémon. Whenever I’m checking on the Pokémon I have in gyms I chuck whatever extra berries I have at things. That way at least they’re being useful. I only have 450 items in my bag and I managed to accrue about 150 berries at one point, so spent a few minutes chucking them at everything I could!

Well done TakeAChanseyOnMe. I haven’t managed to solo a T3 raid yet, I’ve mot got in matching moves or anything.

I’ve now got 3 Spinda’s. If DH is very good I might trade one with him.

As for getting to gold on most of the gyms in your area, Whattodo, I find it's now encouraging me to be adventurous and go elsewhere to try to get gold on new gyms. Have 15 gold gyms and another 9 that are close. Need other targets now, having got to level 40!

bettytaghetti There aren’t any new gyms to get gold on unless I went out of town (my town has roughly 40 gyms, 90% I am gold on).

It’s nothing to do with being adventurous and everything to do with limitations. I don’t currently own a car, and the bus is far too costly for me to justify using just to get gold on the gyms in the next town over (which would be a waste of money as I never go there anyway).

Just a note that September Spinda and August Spinda are different. This month is version 3. Last month is version 8.

Just about halfway through level 39, about 1200 storage on each, apart from a tenner I threw into the game for the first boxes, I've only spent Google rewards on it. Gold on just 5 gyms but I lived rural ly until 9 months ago. I had to walk a mile out of my way just to spin.

1150 bag storage and 1300 Pokemon. I haven't spent any money on the game except a little extra data in the early days before I upgraded my phone SIM for more GB. All my pokecoins have come from gyms. I normally earn about 300 coins a week. I've been waiting for them to decrease the price of storage, like they have in events for a short period of time, but they haven't done so for ages.

SneakyGremlins Yeah, it’s part of the final Global Challenge rewards after the event in Japan. We got stardust bonuses for catching, hatching and raiding, as well as 1 hour star pieces

I did a shout out for someone a few days ago and was waiting for them but they opened a gift and triggered it so I missed the opportunity 😰.

Today's first world Pokémon Go problem: trying to organise a disparate bunch of raiders, who each want to do different gyms at different times, into one cohesive raid train.

How is everyone dealing with completing the trade task for the celebi task? I have no-one to trade with!

I made DH an account (still not convinced him to play it himself!) and traded with him. You only need to be level 5 to trade, which doesn’t take long.

I first starting playing Pogo to do something with my teenage son. Of course he stopped after a few months! So to trade I got him to reinstall Pogo and log in. Since his was an old account also meant I got a lucky Dragonite (although very low CP).

Agh, I just sold my old phone where I could have created another account. Maybe my brother will be willing to install it on his phone.

belle I've always found them to show up when you least expect them and then you'll get about 3. Do you have enough candy for the magikarp evolve task? If not, try to convince yourself it gives you more time for that and one will probably appear.

Having DD take a sudden interest in playing made the trade task easier!

You can have another account but you’ll need something to log into it at the same time. I had mine open on my phone and DH’s on my iPad.

That’s true, I’ll be back walking my magicarp soon as need another 100 I think. I’ve had lots of dittos in the past but none for months!
