Anyone else having problems signing in this morning on a trainer account?

Sorted! App needed updating in play store. Then had a very nervous moment when I was signed out. Wasn't sure of my password but got in after a few attempts. Phew!

Nosepass is the guy you want to practice those curve ball shots, at the moment. Doesn't move much and certainly not unpredictably, has a huge circle and is hard to catch so you potentially get more than one or two goes with a red ball.

There's another update on its way imminently, btw, and it's got some big changes in it.

Bugger! Just checked the map to see where the closest stops/gyms are when we go away next week and the closest is a kilometre away from our hotel! Eggs will be well and truly walked... must remember to check map next time DH suggests somewhere new!

Think of all that extra buddy candy, though.

We're going away this weekend - I campaigned for a hotel on a gym over a much nicer hotel :D Unfortunately my partner saw through my ploy.

Ds1 and I will hopefully be catching the bus to a seaside town we've never visited before.

Apparently you can get 1.5 mil XP in a day from spinning new stops, whilst running lucky eggs. That's interesting.

I may have to skip the Ho-Oh raiding to visit a new town this weekend. I do have 3, with 1 shiny, so I can cope. They do flee a lot, don't they? 🤬🤬
I just need Articuno to complete Gen 1. Failed to catch 9 previously (!), so the new research pleases me.

Looking forward to going back to a hotel in France later in the summer that we've stayed at several times. Tiny, tiny village but 2 gyms & 4 stops & last year could reach one of the gyms from our room. Bonus! unfortunately couldn't reach it from the pool though!

How many stops do you have to spin throwaway?

Found this list. At 250 XP for a new stop & 500 XP for 10th new stop you'd have to spin a helluva lot of discs to get to 1.5 mil even with lucky eggs! Presume extra ZP comes from all the walking plus catching?

XP not ZP! Although you'd need some zip to get all those stops!

Betty - he said he didn't catch a single mon - Just spent the day spinning stops from a car (as passenger, obvs ).
It's on Silph Road. He was doubted, but they concluded that it was possible.

By some fluke, the 3rd ball I threw this morning after completing the previous set of tasks was an excellent curveball.

It's currently 2100XP for a new stop.

Those getting XP in the hundreds of thousands are visiting cities where there's a pokestop every few steps.

I do have any, but it's never enough.
I got Togepi, which is my favourite. I have hatched 32. 2 are hundos, and evolved to prepare for Togekiss. At least that one is meta relevant.

34 shinies to date. 50% caught on one road, so I changed my route to work to accommodate said road.
I love those shiny fellas. Will never delete them.

I just spent some actual money on an ultra box. If only I hadn't spent it all earlier this week on buying super incubators! Hindsight is a bitch, but seeing what excellent value the box is, I think it has been worth it.

We have barely had any rock types appear around here. Loads and loads of natu and mr mime's though. Tomorrow we are going to London so hopefully it will be a successful hunt.
