KadabrasSpoon I had a make 3 great throws field research task today and the reward was gastly.

I’ve needed to catch those blinking ghosts for about two weeks now and I haven’t even seen a sniff of one! Got ditto and the great throws ages ago.

Me too purple - it's very annoying especially as we used to see them all the time!

Hi everyone, had busy period at work so wasn't doing much hunting. Glad to be back, what have I missed?

For those still trying to catch ghosts you stand a better chance of seeing them if you can go out late at night? Or what about a shuppet raid?

If there's not an event on they usually spawn in my house at night. Ooh didn't realise shuppet was a raid boss I'll keep an eye out. Feels like these ghosts have taken weeks and they used to be so easy to get.

Have two young DCs so unfortunately can't go ghost hunting late at night. That's probably a good thing or I'd be breaking into graveyards

Yay, got my last ghost! Woke up at 3am, couldn't sleep, logged in and there was one outside my house :o

Finally on to the next stage...just 10 raids to go

Also re:ghosts.

There is at least one field task which gives you a ghost encounter. I'll look it up in a mo to confirm what you should be keeping an eye out for.

In other news I have finally, FINALLY hatched a flipping Wynaut! Thank god! Haha

The 'Catch 3 poison type' task with an encounter reward can be Ghastly

And also,

The 'Make 3 great throws' one can also be ghastly.

Oh and if your looking at raids. I don't think that Shuppet is currently appearing as a raid boss, but Sableye is and it's only a level 2 so easily solo-able.

Yeah, soupforbrains is right; Shuppet is not currently a raid boss but Sableye is.

There are lots of shuppets in Greenwich Park if you're anywhere near this part of the world Kadabras. Otherwise which direction do you want me to shoo them in?!

Thanks Betty I'm in Herts so do work in London sometimes. Not usually as far over as that but might have to fit in a trip

First ball, first raid and 91%, very pleased!

I’m thinking of getting the Pokémon go plus. Is it good does it automatically pick up pokestops and Pokémon?

I won't be able to raid Latios until the weekend due to working silly hours. I'm only really keeping the streaks going until then. I probably won't be able to keep the Pokestop streak going, but I'll try to spin a couple before work tomorrow and Friday and hopefully complete the research during the day.

I love my go plus. Much more practical for playing while running!

You can set it to pokemon and/ or pokestops. I find it useful for stocking up on balls by setting it to pokestop only and doing laps of the cluster of pokestops nearby. Mind you, I need to as it runs on red balls and I can get through a lot on a run if I'm away from pokestops!
