The event is still going strong here, too.

I got my last exeggcute to evolve, and then got another million so I can evolve it again

Also caught about 4 or 5 bulbasaurs and chikoritas which are not enough to evolve a venusaur or meganium, but certainly has reduced my candy needed for both by a huge chunk.

In other news, I finally FINALLY!! got a King's Rock. I'll let dd1 decide what we evolve. Now I just need one more and I have all the evolutionary items (still lack a Porygon though!)

Caught a few more exeggcute and sunkern plus a venusaur on the school run. Detoured via the pokestop at the other end of the village and ds1 will be pleased that his 7 day streak got him a sunstone.mine was yet another steel coat! I've got 4 of them now, despite evolving an Onix, last night! Just as well we have a steady supply of scyther, ATM.

I had an odd thing with a Lure this morning as well - I put one on at the pokestop at playgroup - and it was still going strong when I left 1:30 hours later! So much so that I had to stop catching 'mon as I ran out of balls even though I was collecting every 5 mins!

I've noticed the Lures lasting a long time. There was a cluster still going in the woods after midnight at the weekend. I doubt anyone was charging around there in the dark!

onemouseplace It's part of the grass event; lures are lasting 6 hours.

My spreadsheet tells me that in order to obtain all of the candy needed for all the evolutions I have left, I would need to walk....

3,500 kilometers!

3,500 kms being, incidentally, about as much as I'd need to walk from my house to someone in between Aleppo and Beirut. Which doesn't make it sound any more appealing in all honesty.

Wow, best get your boots on psam! I have to say I'm losing interest a bit now. I've got all Gen1 apart from the bastard Chansey and can get the rest of available Gen2 (apart from Blissey) if I walk round the world. There's so many bloody spoofers round here gyms are just pointless.

Need another nice event I think.

How far have you walked with it so far psam?

My jogger badge says we've walked 650kms, which isn't much, although we barely played at all between October and February.

I'm glad the event got extended as I was working in London today so managed to bag a few grass types on my way back.

Also had a few decent egg hatches for once - Lavitar which is new for me. And Diglet which I need candy to evolve.
I'd had a long run of hatching Mantine which as far as I can tell are useless.

Does anyone know if you get different ones abroad? Off to America soon - will I need to look for something special?

Tauros is the North American regional. Whereabouts are you going? I believe in some parts of south Florida you might find a Corsola.

Got enough egg things to do two execugotrs and have got enough candy to do a couple more.

Was tripping over sunkerns all week. Not many chikoritas though.

Ds caught me a totodile today and I got a better abra. Halfway to meganium and nearly got venusaur, might swap dratini and walk bulbasaur for a bit. Still 330km for dratini to become dragonite so a change might be good!

Definitely over - had a murkrow spawn next door at 8:59 and just done my on the hour check and there was a pidgey in the back garden and a bloody pigeot next door.

Apparently it was extended because they messed up the lures, so people who put a 6 hour lure on were automatically getting soft banned!

Had walked up to 48 candies on my Voltorb for evolution... guess what hatched out of a 5k egg near the end of my 12k run... Oh well, that's 10 spare candies now! That happened with my Charmander candy too.

Now on Snubull as I'm on 49, so 3k for 1 is fine. Next is Kabuto which i think will complete my gen 1s other than regional.

Still walking my Machop. I got up to 100 candies but I had preemptively evolved a machoke ages ago and now had Machops with a higher CP than the machoke. So I'll walk it a little longer and wait for my machamp.

I also had two cyndaquils run away from me earlier

possum I went to playa de las Ameica last year..I moslty caught Voltorbs but good luck.
