Well, saw this little one left overnight in a gym. Sad, really... Where are his parents? What were they thinking? Do they work night shifts too?

So many questions...

When it's raining, I put my phone in a snack-size ziplock baggie and carry on. I'm hardcore.

Ooh, Galen, didn't think of that, wouldn't have thought the touchscreen would work through the plastic, but I'll put a ziplock in my pocket for future rain incidents and try it. Cheers! Grin

I went out for my walk and the rain held off, so at least I didn't need it today. :) I now have 37 Togepi candies (started with 22 from the two I hatched) so getting there steadily, and I'm only 45,000XP away from level 30.

I've finally kept a pokemon in a gym for over an hour. I found quite a remote one in the middle of a park. Think it's locked overnight so hopefully will stick around a bit longer.

I'm still playing- the Christmas Event made me fall back in love and made it to level 26 yesterday!

I still spend a disgusting amount of money on poke balls though.

I just caught a Ditto. I needed to tell someone about it. I still feel butterflies. I thought that I was trying to catch a Ratatta, but turned out to be a Ditto instead. I wish that someone in RL cared about this.

I'm just under 2000 needed to get to level 33, I'm so pissed off with it all now. I've got all except the regionals and 2 babies (plus the togepi evolution) if they don't sort gen 2 out soon I think I'll lose interest altogether. My next level up after this will prob be 1000000 and with no incentive or anything new to catch along the way, it all seems pointless

I'm still only on level 25. It's mainly because of the amount of times Pokémon Go refused to sign me in without taking 5-20 mins or when it logs me out when I said log in and then crashes my phone when I try to turn the AR off.

Congrats on the ditto kpo!

I'm one egg thingy away from a new one, they are spawning at our local skate park so I'm snatching one or two a day and I have a beauty to evolve. Other than that it's pigey central, sigh.

Ditto is great from a Pidgey. Not from a Magikarp! There's a tiny fragment of water in my neighbourhood, so I try to make the most of going to a park with the river, but they're quite rare. I'm up to 339 candies, having walked up 59 of them!

Had quite a good couple of days. I drove out for a run yesterday and got a varied selection and a good pokestop raid. Had to pop into town today so more raiding. Only stopping to get a Magikarp. Town's definitely getting into a state, it's overrun with Rattata! Grin

I once had a Krabby spawn outside the Fat Crab seafood restaurant that was opening. I haven't seen Krabbys there since they have opened. I wonder if they ended up on the menu...

Krappy central around here. More common than weedles!

I often screenshot pokemon at relevant pokestops. I'll see if I can fish a couple off my phone. Have yet to find a Porygon at Parson's Polygon, though (or anywhere, for that matter!)

I live on top of a magnemite/voltorb hive. Day in, day out. It never changes. Not even when the nests change. I get more XP from evolving magnemites & voltorbs than I do pidgeys & wheedles.

Hartlepool is like that, Galen! Particularly around the headland.

I know a couple of little spots that always have staryu and Newcastle city centre is always full of clefairies.

On Wednesday I was walking the last 200m on my final egg, with only 23 Ultra balls left. I checked the nearby sightings list and there was nowt interesting. I tapped it to close it and there, almost right in front of me was a Snorlax! I may have let out a little yelp and a "fuck me, a Snorlax!" I chucked all 23 balls at it, and it escaped from each of the 6 I actually hit it with. So near and yet so far. Sad

This was in a little park opposite the petrol station at Morrisons in St Albans. Gutted. But at least I now have something other than 5km eggs. Oh yes, 3 of my 9 are 2km...

We my DS1+ 2 and I went hunting) saw one on Saturday in our wee village. We caught him in a ball but he escaped then we got an error message, I think because mobile signal is pants. :(

It's hard playing in a wee place with no pokestops and not many Pokémon either. 😁

Woohoo! Just gone up to Level 30! Spent the day catching and evolving everything I could for the XP. Grin I was so impatient as I wanted the incubators for the 10k egg which was sitting waiting. I've already tied up my infinity incubator with another 10k, which I'm about 8k through.

Caught 8 kabuto in 40 minutes at Riverside park and, now we're at the bus stop, there's 3 more in sightings!

Thankfully, I managed to change my buddy without crashing it on the way, last night, to an omanyte that should keep me busy for 200km.

Finally levelled up to 33, not even a mangy pokeball in the present list Angry max revives and potions.
It's now a MILLION to level up to 34 Shock
On a lighter note, I've been able to power up my highest CP'ers to just under 3000.

Caught 8 kabuto in 40 minutes

Shock I've only ever seen one! It had a poxy 14CP. :o

I had to do an emergency evolve sesh earlier as some massive eejit accidentally launched his last Lucky Egg, meaning I had to scroll through the list to first find all those that were going to be evolved and new to the Pokedex. Which are Rhydon, Weezing, Arbok, Dodrio, Dragonair, Exeggutor, Golem and Ivysaur. I'm now up to 128 on the Pokedex.

I now have enough candy for Nidoking, but as my Nidorino is, well, a bit shit, I need enough candy to evolve one of the decent male Nidoran I have, then power up the resulting Nidorino before getting Nidoking, which means I need another 7 or 8 male Nidoran.
