Well, saw this little one left overnight in a gym. Sad, really... Where are his parents? What were they thinking? Do they work night shifts too?

So many questions...

I've literally banned myself but might treat myself to a 9.99 set of coins a month for a supply of balls Blush Blush so annoyed at how much money I've thrown at it!!!

But also so annoying that I barely see poke stops so never have balls. My playing will totally change now :(

Wheezels that sucks you don't have stops near you? It would be worth investing in your bag storage and going to a nearby town and stocking up when you can?

I am lucky in that the town where I work is full of stops so I stock up.

When I went on holiday to Madeira they had lots of kabutos and magikarp appearing poolside so I bought balls a few times then! Blush

I have the £7.99 (or that's what it was) heap of coins every time I lose half a stone plus whatever I turn up from Google Analytics or Opinions or whatever it is this week. I was spending it on lucky eggs and incubators but since I've hit L30 I'm not bothered about levelling any higher so it's just on incubators now. I take a walk round (and round and round) a park when I run low on balls.

I justify it by telling myself how much cheaper it is than joining a slimming group. The weeks where I didn't play because sightings was totally useless I more or less stopped walking.

Saw a Chansey on sightings this morning but I was on the bus so couldn't go and look for it. I caught one a few weeks ago but it's a rubbish CP. :) I have caught four or five Porygons since the event started and a ton of Jigglypuffs.

As for money, I started doing gyms to get coins for incubators, and after a suggestion on one of these threads I signed up to Google Rewards for cash to buy them and extra storage too. I've topped up both my bag and pokemon storage a few times now. The only real money I've spent is upping my monthly data allowance, but as I use the game as a walking app I figure the extra data is cheaper than joining a gym. Grin DH spent £3.99 on balls once because he came across a Dragonite and had no balls. Shock Frustratingly, we were actually on the way to pokestops to stock up as there are plenty within half a mile or so. Argh!

I have spent about £15 on pokecoins since July, and about £10 on data, so not too bad. It comes up on DH's account though because we have some kind of apple family account which shows all in app purchases. I feel embarrassed about it even though he squanders much more money than I do! Keeps me from spending too much I suppose!

Oh, forgot to say I've managed to walk my Tokepi enough to evolve it, but because of the avatar freeze issue I can't swap buddies, which is rather annoying.

I've probably spent about $200 all total since the game came out. I justify it same as Icouldbeknitting. It all goes to incubators and the occasional bag/pokemon storage upgrade.

I've reached my data limit towards the end of the month a few times, but not bought any more. It's made me more cautious about MNing and FBing on data, so I've been using them less, and taken to reading real books while DS is doing activities!

I allow myself some coins each month for incubators/ lucky eggs. I'd allowed myself the £7.99, my logic being that that's the cost of two leisure centre classes, and I'm spending more time than that out walking. My Christmas present to myself was a £15 splurge.

I like to get into the two (usually stable) gyms to get the coins. This is why the spoofing has really irritated me, as the usual legit players are being frozen out by a load of CP3000+ Snorlaxs and Dragonites.

I had a brief attack on one of the gyms today- no serious attempt to take it over. A chap walked past and asked if I was attacking/ levelling up, and he said he'd encountered the counter attack by the invisible trainers too. I'm hoping that the event spurs a revival of some of the local strong players to take them down over the weekend.

Hello! Just checking in.
I'm still playing - finally got on to level 29. Going to use this event to try and get my last few Pokemon

I've spent around 60 euros I think Blush kinda wish I had some coins now to increase my bag storage because its full all the time (I have 600 storage but keep having to delete potions just so I can hit a pokestop for my daily streak). Haven't been playing much lately though except for the daily streaks, and even then I've missed them quite a few times.

I've spent about £30 mostly on incubators, though I've stopped buying them as my dex is nearly full and the eggs hatch mostly rubbish.

I'm using this event to build up candy for the gen 2 evolutions and get to level 30.

Hi all!

I've had a massive break from it the last few weeks - i just couldn't even be bothered to have it on while walking - the last time I did i hatched a spearow and saw red Blush

Turned it back on day before yesterday though and caught a chansey at home so that kinds made it a bit better again! Got a 10km cooking but it'll take forever to hatch.

What has everyone got left to catch?

I haven't spend any money at all and I'm not planning to. We've been in a gym almost since Christmas now and spent the coins to upgrade pokemon storage and bag.

Off out today and hoping for a Chansey. There is a sweet spot in the library with 4 poke stops, I'm going to hole up and stock up on. I am incentavised to walk as the buddy distance has lowered, need more candy for my final evelutions of bulbasaur and charmander. I didn't get enough last event and lost count of the little buggers who ran away.

I spent 79p on balls once or twice when we stayed with my brother who lives in a village, but I'm lucky enough to live near a few pokestops so haven't spent anything lately. DS did the 3.99 (I think it was) one once with his Christmas money and DH hasn't spent anything.

Hoping for chanseys today- I've got one which lives with 2 others keeping a previously changeable gym, so I'd like more to hold a couple of other gyms for me!
