Hello you lovely lot. Nowt new today, but at least I caught a couple of Squirtles and have enough candy to get Wartortle, so that's 4 to add to my Pokedex when I do a Lucky Egg mass evolve.

I'm back to my one-ball-only policy for stuff I only need for stardust, so if I haven't caught it with the first ball I walk away. I find I've definitely got more balls as a result as I was hoying anything up to half a dozen at something trying for a Ditto - and then got them both on the first ball.

I really need more pokeballs. Currently in5 gyms and want to add a few more. They're so hard to level up now though!

I have a three ball limit with exceptions. This morning's Dragonaire was an exception, I went to my last raspberry and four ultraballs for that one. The appraisal was that it was a wonderous pokemon so I think that last ball was worth it.

I'm done with Ditto, I have one for the Pokedex and that will do for me.

Still waiting for my fucking Ditto!

But I hatched a Doduo today so very happy about that.

I have a 3 ball limit for evolved pokemon, unless I don't have them in my pokedex, yet.

And I'm back to only catching vermin when I'm at home and there's not much else around, purely for the grind. At least the event has got me a good way through level 29, thanks to a lucky egg session, last night.

Not much exciting here today. For the past few weeks we've been getting a big cluster spawn at home every time we log in, usually with something quite good in amongst the evees, rats and pidgeys, but we've had nothing but an ekans today.

I've been kicked out of a gym I'd been in for over a month - will need to investigate what happened. Still cashed in on 4 this morning and am up to 170 coins. Not sure what to buy next. Might carry on saving them.

I have three dittos here and caught my first wild charmander today! We see very little of note here - mostly vermin - but I went swimming at a place that always has something unusual floating around, if you can get signal!

I thought about taking down our (only) local gym, but managed one battle before the signal cut and was reminded why the place never changes teams!

Took a gym today then levelled it up to leave some space cos I'm nice like that and yellow needs help in these parts. Also got good practice in using special moves. Then backed up another on the way home, is it better to battle in friendly gyms with lower CP monsters so they lose quickly?
Our local gym has been red for far too long, after bed times poor dog is getting prised from in front of the fire to stretch her legs and try out my brand new walked eggsecutor.
I reckon special moves will nudge out a level seven snorlax but I've got my battery packs on charge and a couple of pocket warmers as it may be a long walk for the dog

Only had time to catch a few Pokemon and spin the one stop between my car and work this morning. The stop gave me 19 items! I might have to return my White Van Man card as when waiting at lights with no space ahead of me I let somebody turning right from my offside turn in front of me. It was worth it for the look of surprise then delight I got.

Pokémon can only be good for road safety and should be promoted as such.
I drive well below the limit through our village now to rack up the egg walk and slow right down over speed bumps and past churches, just in case they've got a funeral on. Queen Victoria was right, 20mph is more than fast enough.
Co pilot/Dd is a pokestop pro, knows where they all are and very rarely misses

How much does it happen where someone has two accounts so they can battle at a gym with one account and get rid of one Pokémon then replace it with one from their other account? I got kicked out of both local gyms but no-one else did and was replaced by a Pokémon from the same account.

I do it sometimes, for the benefit of DS.

It's more common however for families to play for the same team, and raise gym to level 3 or 4 immediately once it's taken over. I know a family where parents often take four phones on their pokemon walks when kids are in school

I caught a second ditto nearly by accident outside my house. There was a pidgey there and I just thought what the hell and flung a ball at it.

Am massively annoyed with myself because I thought the event ended tonight so I didn't do my egg evolve last night. :( Did it this morning instead and levelled up to 28.

I'm fairly lucky because there is a pokestop right outside my office which I can reach from my desk so I get a bit careless with balls.

Just started walking a magikarp because I realised they only need 1K and I was getting fed up with trying to farm the buggers as I'm not near water and it was taking an age.

I caught a second Porygon this evening when we were at traffic lights in the car (I was in the passenger seat!). DH was telling the kids to get it for him and they were explaining to him that he's not a high enough level to get it yet, and apparently neither are they. Oops!

How long has it been doing this on nearby? Also now the event is over dose that mean ditto is gone or now his released will he be around for good?

I went for lunch with a friend yesterday & scooped up a few Pikachu going over the Heath & then caught a Lickitung right in the middle of Greenwich so am up to 134 in the Pokédex.

I also found myself accidentally in the [friendly] gym at the top of my road last night - I must have clutched at my phone in the wrong way when taken out by scooting!toddler & on trying to stand because I found my poor Pokémon being pulverised. I then felt obliged to actually try to battle, & managed to win, despite having no clue about what I was doing... I left a Pokémon up there as well.

Anyone want to tell me what the feck I should be doing with this? You know, once you've stopped laughing...

(Should add, scooting!toddler caused my spine to shift in such a way as to give me a migraine & mean I couldn't go to the ballet last night. I am deserving of pity. Yes, yes I am.)

I don't appear to have any Pokémon nearby anymore. None at all. What is going on?

I had that a lot yesterday. I kept shutting the app down and reopening it and also just leaving it. nothing seemed to work but they came back eventually.

The photos next to sightings has appeared since yesterday as it wasn't there last night I don't think. My phone updates automatically so I don't know when! It's pretty useless though.

Also go to items, then revive and revive any battered dudes, then potion them up.

I claim one gym a day but only out of pride, it's all true blue round here, bit like the politics. We turn one gym red each evening then claim the coins.

I switched on this morning to find the pokestop pics by sightings that wasn't there yesterday afternoon.

I have real trouble with my app picking up gps initially. Sometimes I have to launch the app 4 times before it picks up.
