Hello you lovely lot. Nowt new today, but at least I caught a couple of Squirtles and have enough candy to get Wartortle, so that's 4 to add to my Pokedex when I do a Lucky Egg mass evolve.

To be honest I caught mine first red ball.

Do they definitely only appear as one of a pair of other Pokemon not as. Single Pokemon?

Mine keeps switching my phone off!

Mine was a ratta on its own took a load of balls though

Dammit! I only have 2 ultra balls left and nothing else. I was hoping I would be able to look only for pairs. I'm going to have to go out and cruise th local pokestops!

No ditto here and I have been catching any old shit. I have only 5 of my carefully stashed balls left.

Caught a rattata. Wasn't a rattata.

Had no clue what was happening. Thought the bloody game had broken. Went purple electric style. Then ditto popped up!

I had to use quite a few balls for my Ditto too. I was about to stop bothering when the last one did the trick! I'm catching everything that crosses my path today and planning two big evolve sessions, one possibly tonight and one towards the end of the bonus period.

Fortunately, I can reach a pokestop from my desk so I can top up on balls every few mins.

I have been out hatched a 2k egg..Magikarp.

Caught loads of pidgets couple of rattas.. no Ditto grrr

Sol you have almost 500k stardust! How is that even possible?

I do like this double xp event. Today I have gone from just over 10k xp to just under 40k xp.

I also hatched 2 horseas. 2 bloody things!

I'm a bit annoyed. To upgrade my gyrados yesterday, it was 2200 star dust and 2 candies. Today its gone up to 3000 SD and 3 candies...

It seems the Dittos (Dittoes?) on this thread came from pidgey (2) and rattata (3). Did anyone get one from something else?

I want a partial refund of the Stardust I wasted on my Vileplumes, Victreebells and Eggsecutor. It's only fair.

Apparently they can come from pidgeys, ratattas, magicarps and zubats.

weedles they'd because as you power up Pokémon they get more 'expensive' to power up the higher level they go. It's always been that way.

Ah, I didn't realise that, it is my highest cp one, so shouldn't really complain then

Urgh, mizzley rain but I went our regardless. I caught everything in sight and ......... still no Ditto. I got a 10k egg though (please please be a Lapras).

A massive evolve session has put me up to level 27, I waited for the bounty of balls to rain down but no, 10 ultraballs, so that is what I have left for tonight should anything pop up in the garden.

My ditto was a single rat , 20 balls to catch. Almost gave up on the little bugger but pleased I didn't.

Hatched my 10km egg. Onix. Still no lapras, although I have onix already I'm not too bothered as I've only ever had 1 and this has gotten me much further with candy for 2nd gen steelix.

Just a 5km cooking now, should I get some more incubators for the xp this week?

I must have caught around 20 Pidgeys as well a number of ratattas today. But no Ditto for me. Anyone north of the border got one yet?

I caught a wild Diglett to make it 100/149 on the Pokedex. I have long days at work tomorrow and Friday so will only have time/energy to just about keep up the catch/Pokestop streak. On Saturday I'm going to unfavourite all the current favourites, favourite those to evolve, with those that evolve into Pokemon new to me done first. Then I'm going to chuck a Lucky Egg, do first catch and first Pokestop followed by a mass evolve sesh. I definitely have 5 to evolve that will be new, I'm hoping for more.

Didn't catch a Ditto though I thought I might have with a Spearow that took 12 balls to catch. It jumped out of 7 and headed 4 away like a world class centre half. I ground it up for candy with relish.

No ditto here yet. I caught about 100 Pokemon today - gained a good 45,000 stardust and fought a horribly laggy app. There were fewer Pokemon than normal (I was in London - embankment, south bank and through st James park) and a much greater break out rate. It's frustrating and I'm a bit glad I'm not going to have a chance to spend my weekend playing if it's like this.

Just caught one!!!! Ratata, on it's own and one ball.

Off out to finish hatching the 10K egg we got yesterday, 5th one of the game so far so fingers crossed it's a gooden.
