My dragonair is 987. I've only got 42 candies but if I ever get near 100 it's him I'm evolving!
Hoping to hit an Abra spawn, a Bulbasaur spawn and a kabuto nest tomorrow. That will get me closer to a complete pokedex! I wish there were reliable dratini spawns!

I name my Pokemon depending on their IVs and their HP. I'm trying to only keep good Pokemon.
If they have top stats which would mean 80-100% PLUS at least one stat scoring the max of 15. SEE HERE for a proper explanation then they get an X, If they just miss being an X then they get a Y, the other letters indicate what they are strongest in,( H = health, A = attack and D = defence) and the number gives their HP. If they are not strong then they don't get any letters
It's less complicated than it sounds, honest.

If you do a lot of gyms then having the HP in the name makes it easier to. Know what type of potion to use.

Amazingly I only have one Pokemon with 'perfect' IVs, it's a squirtle and is now named SquirtXHAD65

Oldest DC & partner have gone away for the weekend somewhere in Europe, dropped them at the airport this morning & this afternoon I get a text to let me know there's a Pokestop outside their hotel, no "hi Mum, arrived safely, it lovely here etc"

Nutella I'll look out for you, I only have 1 Charmander that I caught up on Tower Hill, so I'm really hoping to catch enough to be able to do both evolves, I maybe walking round there all day.

The DC's & I caught some decent Dratini's along the Southbank, walked from Westminster to Tower Hill, I had a 800 something Dragonair which gave me a 1871 Dragonite, so might be worth a wander around there if you get chance.

My Dragonair is 904. I caught a 78cp one wild but pointless evolving that.

Gyms are London are terrible at the moment. All the ones that usually change hands regularly are at level 10 with the lowest Pokemon at about 2300! I'm not bothering with that.

My dragonair is 998, evolved from a drain that hatched. Currently it's my buddy, only on 20 candies but I think it's worth the few weeks it will probably take me to get it to 100. DC are on half term next week where I am so hoping I can fit in a few walks here and there.

A growlithe ran away from me today decent cp as well was rather disappointed.

I clearly need to hold out for a dratini hatch. Maybe one of the current 10km eggs.... In the meantime I shall clock up the candy slowly. I have a few others I need to walk with too so can switch around a bit.

FurtyFerret - I have caught all 6 dratini round the lake in St James' Park. Found my Lapras there too. Plus one dratini under the arch at Sancutary Buildings by Westminster Abbey. I have walked the south bank a bit but not had anything better there and the crowds are hideous. There's a spawn point by the Hungerford/Golden Jubilee bridges too.

Oh now I want to go to st James park!!! It's not too far from green park is it!!! From all Pokemon the one I want the most is a lapras. Haven't even thought about it or I'll get disappointed.

I don't know - the gym stacking has really taken the shine off them to be honest. I like it at home where the is a trend (mystic in particular) to populate gyms with a balance of Pokemon - make them more of a challenge to fight I think if full of things you don't expect!

I have just put my eggsecutor in a gym this morning and hope that being psychic with no grass moves will surprise a few.

I also took a red gym down on the way home and left it grey. Playing a game with the teams so they can't pin the constant tearing down on me and target my gyms! Will pop back in the morning to pop a Pokemon briefly in for the coins.

It's all Blue level 10 for gyms around here - no fun for my DSs as no chance of taking them down & getting the coins, so they don't want to play. So frustrating!

I had a very frustrating day today. We have come away for a few days to Shropshire and the phone signal is so bad here I can't play! Even my walking isn't registering so not even getting extra buddy candy. Nearest town to us has only 3 gyms, one of each colour which I thought was nice! However I couldn't get in to any of them because the phone signal was so bad. Really frustrating because back home it's all level 10 gyms. I was in one for a couple of days as one of the lowest CP Pokemon and obviously someone had knocked me out.

If you visit Ironbridge there is a pub a mile and a half down river called The Woodbridge, it's a pokestop and has free wifi. If you have a look online they have a nice menu and always have local ales on. You can drive there or walk down the Severn Way, phone signal on the walk is very hit and miss.

Anyone else have problems with the pokemap on an iPhone?

Spaced there is a trick- enter green park south via bucks palace. All charmanser spawns are near the south of the park. I came here a few weeks ago and stayed near the north and had no charmanders that time

I caught this Haunter yesterday, he clearly an especially evil one.

Utterly sick of haunters and Ghastlys now it's not funny.
I was overjoyed to get a Polliwag yesterday for a chance

However I am going to a Halloween party at a pokestop tonight - but I think a lure might be wasted on it if all I get is sodding Ghastlys
