That's a shitter regarding the Pokestops. Quite a few didn't work for me this morning. Boo.

Damn Nutella as a passenger is one of my main means of getting pokestops in the city. I've only one within a mile of me here. means my interest will wane when I have my venousaur and 142/142

I think this will be the case for a lot of us longtime. As I said once I've got all the ones I can evolve (working on last 2) I'm then depending on eggs to get my last 4. It will become impossible to get or do anything.

With no pokestops locally (nearest 2 are a mile away) the pokestop change will probably kill the game for us as we do most of our spinning on the bus.

That's a pity about the pokestops - wonder why they did that? Wonder if it's because of concerns of people driving & playing (rather than being a passenger)?

Is there a way to contact Niantic to complain??

Productive day for me. Finally got enough candy to evolve to a Vileplume, and hatched a Doduo. Both new to my 'Dex!

I got the 'try again later' message on a few pokestops on the bus today and couldn't understand it, now I do.

Got myself and DD into the same two gyms, and we've both got our first coins. Now counting down the hours until my second lot. LOL! Typically, just when I'd got enough Jigglypuff candy to evolve a Wigglytuff, I caught one this morning. And then this afternoon I got my first Bulbasaur, only 14CP but at least it's another in the Pokedex. Now on got 87 / seen 113. Oh, and my 5k egg hatched an Ekans, higher CP than any I've already got, so that was good too. :)

Got reluctant kids out for a walk and took a gym that I will be able to claim on tomorrow first thing and restocked at stops. Lost one of my long standing gyms too today though so will have to boot the sorry arcanine out of it on the way to work tomorrow!

Nothing much going on here today, a whole mess of jigglypuffs (enough to evolve!!) But not a lot else.

How many km do you need to walk poliwag and bellsprout for candy?

Just checked and been booted from the gym I joined today. Ah well, hoping I can hang on in the other for a couple of hours so I can get some coins. :)

Apparently it's twice as easy to yake a gym down now and twice as hard to train it up. All very well but there are v few gums here which aren't red.

I've trained in a gym today and it took me quite a few goes to increase it by 3k and open a space. Haven't fought in any as had to find time to eat during my lunch break

The amount of Prestige gained by training at a friendly Gym has been lowered.
No shit! Used a lot of lives to get my Rapidash into the gym near work today. Only had to raise it from 4 to 5, and the dial barely moved.

When did the prestige change? I thought it was a bit crap today but blamed it on a bad match of Pokemon, whereas yesterday I was getting 2k points powering through 7 levels.

I think it's part of the changes which started today- the bonus, the pokestop thing and the gym.

I suppose it's good if you can take down other gyms and it will generate more play rather than have gyms being held by the same team for ages.

I've just been catching up on Reddit. Good for quick gym changeovers, not so good if you want to sit pretty in a hard won L10!

I've been kicked out of the final 2 gyms I was in so now I'm in none.

I have 10 hours till I can claim again on my gym...Hoping that the cold will keep people away.. I just popped myself on today.. no battling needed.

I need 139 XP to level up..just caught Mr Mine in lounge.. Hoping something else comes to visit.

I had a ponyta nearby I only need 2 candies to evolve and currently my buddy but DS was in bed.

I just don't understand why you don't need the same points for levelling up prestige as for taking a gym down - that would make most sense!

I'm still in 3 L10s (2 of which are difficult due to access and/or bad internet connection), one L8 (which I clearly wasted time levelling up yesterday) and a couple of 6s which I am having to maintain so as not to drop off the bottom of. 1 more I will lose tomorrow but i have one to take back first thing (not sure how long it will last though in the new climate - I may just have to get used to having fewer coins coming in and therefore fewer incubators).

Maybe we will see an end to the dragonite towers in London though?
