I caught my Lapras in the wild - it was 1650CP so I was really pleased!! I hatched hitmonlee and hitmonchan; never seen them wild. Chansey is the one I can't pin down!

Had a lovely morning catching Machop and Eevee. There are definitely more diverse ranges of Pokemon about. Enjoying it!

Caught a Mr Mime today, but used my last 3 balls so will have to wait until I'm near a pokestop before catching more.

Afternoon all, de-lurking to ask if anyone's noticed a change in spawning locations. Normally I get around 4 Pokemon an hour appearing at my house but this seems to have changed to only 1 am hour from midnight last night (sob sob). Has anyone heard anything about Niantic migrating spawning locations?

Horokania - lots of reports of spawn point changes. Coupled with Niantic finally killing off fast poke map it's making to hard to play this game. :(

Wondering in circles for hours gets wearing very quickly.

Do you think Niantic are killing off Fast Pokemap because they're going to introduce the directions stuff that's in this advert?

Especially if they've said they're going to introduce trades.

I got a wild lapras in my front room about two weeks ago. It was a 1500 one as well. my ds had no balls left so couldn't get it for him.

The spawn point across the road from my house is now 2 doors down on my did of the road. Winner!
Spawned a vulpix earlier but the bugger ran away after 1 ball. Would have saved me the 9km I'm working on now
Got 2 10km eggs cooking at the mo, fingers crossed for something lapras shaped! Only ever seen a shadow.

Only used FPM once and it got me my hitmonlee. Was about to start using it more! Definately gave the game a bit of excitement especially with the countdown to catch them!

Forgot to take my battery pack with me. Beginners error, I know. Caught the usual shite, a Mr Mime with rubbish CP that took 8 balls and just before the battery died a CP398 Jigglypuff, the first of those since about the middle of September.

Car news: it appears that a £13 bottle of K-Seal has fixed my K=Series head gasket. The heater's chucking out more hot air than Donald Trump. I'm going to chuck a half litre of anti freeze into the expansion tank in the morning and monitor it for the next week or so to make sure I have fixed it.

doctor I made the battery pack error today too. Spent a while in the freezing cold levelling up a friendly gym. Finally made it and my phone battery died before I could assign my poke. Car was parked streets away. I haven't run so fast in ages. Luckily I had a charger in the car. Then had to drive back as quick as I could, look for a parking space near the gym and take a gamble on how much charge was needed in my phone before I could leave the car. Luckily I was in a different town to where I live and no one grabbed my spot. I was so relieved! First world problems!

bumwad I have to admit I seldom power up before I evolve, I usually do it afterwards. Even when you evolve the IV can change by 1 or 2 too. Don't know enough about them to explain why I'm afraid.

I took a rival L10 gym down to 9 just for a laugh while waiting for Machop to spawn then told a Valor player I was chatting to that there was a slot if he needed it.

I need to spend some time tomorrow honing my prestiging skills. I've been sorting my Pokemon out by type and re-labelling them. I also have a few I need to send to the professor but will chuck through a gym first as he doesn't mind them fainted. It seems my 7 gyms are fairly secure; just need another 3 high level ones to get in.

I was so proud of myself when I managed to knock 2 lapras out of a rival gym, only to check and see that those spots have been filled by fucking Snorlax's. That makes it 4 of the fat bastards in a row. FML.

We went for a walk today and hatched some eggs, nothing good but good for candy- I only need 5 more candies to get a Machamp now. We kept catching loads of of pokemon so I thought it would be great to set a lure and a lucky egg off. Like fuck it was- only 5 pokemon appeared in that time! What a sodding waste. Still, we did catch 100 pokemon overall today. Most of which have been sent to become sausages.

Ive never used fastpokemap as I didnt know about it. Havent had too muhc trouble finding them. if they show up then great, if not, there is always next time.

I started using FPM last week and had some great catches with it, especially when I could nip out of the office for 10 mins on a break to grab something specific nearby. Very disappointed to see it go.

In other news, my latest 10k egg spawned an electrobuzz which was nice.

I've gone from 78 candies to 105 today (Bulbasaur). Could evolve my shit ivysaur but wanting to get to 124 for the good Bulbasaur.

Can you evolve straight from, for example, a bulbasaur to a venosaur? Or do you have to evolve to an ivysaur first?

You have to do ivysaur first.

Ah ignore me - I see why people say about having 125 first. So you can evolve both in one go. I thought you meant if you had enough candies it would go straight to the 3rd type but I understand it now. Thanks

My DS has done some good catches while I was driving tonight..He caught an exeggcute, Oddis and Rhyhorn..

Yeah talullah you need to do both steps so Bulbasaur to ivysaur (25) then ivysaur to Venosaur (100) but as the first evolution gives you 1 candy too you only need 124 for the whole way

My area has always had quite random spawns and a lot of rarer ones but noticing an increase. Couldn't do the incense trick earlier as the app froze

Quite pleased with today's haul. Only had one Bulbasaur at the start.

starlight evee naming only works for one evolve of each. Sadly.
