I'm a couple of thousand XP from level 20. Once there I might just grind up all the rubbish for candies and evolve the best ones.

Until the nests change, green park is definitely worth a visit especially. If you have FPM you can really clean up (have a look at it now). Also good for Abra with the Halloween special. I caught 4 charmander this morning just walking straight down from the tube to St James' park.

I had a 10k egg this morning can't decide though whether to set it off next and hopefully get double candies on something cool, or to keep doing 5k eggs so I hatch more while the bonus is on.

Bit cross though - there's been a bulbasaur near work all morning but typically it disappeared over lunch and is back again now .

my 5k egg was a fucking poliwag. but i got 23 candies though.

I've been hatching a lot of poliwags recently - makes a change from the krabbys though. Just once I'd like a tangela!

I got my first Tangela a week or so ago.

45 minutes in green park and I now have 199 charmander candies (had 55 this morning); hatched a Ponyta and a doduo - now have enough candy to evolve 2 cubones, my first Magicarp, Ponyta, eggsecute and Charizard on a lucky egg tonight. Plus about 8 Gastlys into haunters! Very close to running out of bag space.

Did you find any eggs in green park as well??? I so want an eggxecuter!

Can't do tomorrow or Friday I'm afraid. Trying to find an excuse to come to London on Sunday!

I pick up eggs quickly when I have spaces so think I filled one gap at least while there.

The eggsecute was my buddy - having hatched 3 already. Very excited about getting a good gym defender

ffs my stroppy DS..Had a moan because I did the last battle on a gym we were training to get on so guess what he did..Put a bloody Caterpie on it !!!!!! I can actually see the gym from home but daren't look at it.

Finding it so glitch now. Might concentrate on distance not catches as catching is glitched so much!

I was trying to get up to 50 candies for Exeggcute by buddying and I caught one and hatched another. I got 40 candies just from the hatch and now I have 91 candies. I guess I can try for 2 Exeggcutes.

There has been a second update at lunchtime which (for me at least) has fixed the frozen Weedles that I was seeing this morning.

I refused to buy anything for the game initially but I caved today and bought a load of egg hatchers.
