Haven't actually been playing much despite being in London as I've been so busy but after this shitfest of a day with the worst possible verdict from the fucking judge, I think I need to be by myself tomorrow and walk around some parks and hopefully catch some pokemon to cheer me up.

Does anyone know how many Pokemon are there to be had in the uk? I've heard 142,145 and 148! I'm confused.
My pokedex goes up to 149 which is even more confusing
don't know why I'm asking as I'm not seeing anything new anyway

The Pokedex only goes up to the highest Pokemon number you have caught. Mone was lower thanDDs until I caught my Snorlax.

I am edging towards L16 and have earned the grand total of 40 coins from gyms. I am along way from purchasing a bigger bag!

I got a couple of bulbasaurs yesterday and hatched one but didn't get much candy so i'm on 71/100 for my Venusaur, I was going to go to a place in St Helens that spawns them but I think I'll just wait now. I'm trying to save candy, looking online for 2nd Gen ones we might need there doesn't seem to be too many, I'm not going to evolve anymore Eevees, so save those up ready.

Nuttella - on my Pokedex it goes up to 149, I've caught 140, I haven't got Aerodactyl or Venusaur, then there are 3 regional ones that I don't have (Tauros, Kangaskhan & Farfetch'd) and 4 that are not released yet (Ditto, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres). So currently you are able to collect 145 if you count the regionals.

Ooh thanks red that's really helpful. Has anyone ever hatched any of the regional ones ? I wonder if that's a myth?!
What about these second generation ones? Anyone know what they are? When are they likely to come up?

My pokedex is on 143 where my Snorlax is. It's odd that it doesn't show them all.

I am going to be stuck on level 25 forever with 190000xp to get.

I was just pleased to get some more freebies. One lucky egg, a module, an incense and an incubator. Now I walk more than one Pokemon, but just three times of course. Already storing up all the vermin for a massive evolve session with a lucky egg which will take care of some points.

I am buddied with Pikachu and he is on my shoulder, however, I only have one that I hatched from an Egg. When I get enough candies to evolve him, I wont want to unless I have another one to keep. Maybe I should walk something else to collect candy for.

Funny queen I'm exactly the same. I've changed my buddy to pikachu and have now walked 5k with it. I also only have one so won't evolve but will store up candy in the hope I see another one.
One of my work colleagues caught two around here but I've never been able to find them :(
I'm collecting coin and think I will buy 8 eggs as there are no more freebies until we hit 30 which will be in about 9 months time at this rate.
I'm using my last egg tomorrow I think but won't be able to get to 26.

I have seen Pikachu's shadow twice but wasnt able to find him. So have never actually seen one. I will collect the candies and then change to one I can evolve.

I have noticed that at level 25 the quality of the vermin is increasing. I have caught a 410CP Pidgey. Not seen one that high. That would eventually make a high CP third stage Pidgey whatever it is called.

I am not liking the randomness of the catching though. I caught a 500+XP Hypno the other day and one normal ball did it. It has sometimes taken 5 balls for a 100+ rattata or pidgey. It is just so weird.

Am I correct in saying that if you switch buddy that you'll lose your walked so far thats in progress, but you keep your candy already accrued?

Yes, that's how the buddy thing works.

Wow ReddA you must play loads?! My pokedex goes up to 149, of which I have 92. I have both a Tauros and a Pikachu both of which I caught in America this summer. America was great for getting lots of new ones particularly as some of the time we were in the desert. Getting Ekans all the time made a nice change from all the Drowzees I get back home.

Went out for a walk and this shadow appeared! After running up and down and ending up in the woods, he appeared and we got him!!
