I went charmeleon too as I do see squirttle and pikachu occasionally and bulbasaur is miles behind. Probably should have been sensible and tipped those close to evolving overt but meh I want a dragon

I've updated, and my buddy is now a maggikarp, seeing as I don't get too many round here

I chose my best jolteon as my buddy. I have a whole team (pack?) of them. ⚡️🦁⚡️

I am so, so excited about the buddy system. I have a dragonite that I randomly caught when I was level 8 and wasn't even bothered about Pokemon but my son made me catch it (and I'm so grateful that he did!).

I'm now hooked but it's so hard to find dratinis to power up the dragonite. This has made me so, so happy. Cant' wait till the morning to tell my son.

Got two Pikachu candy and one Jigglypuff tonight. Close to another one. Different distances for different pokemon though. I'm trying to tip over the ones I need for evolution!

I chose dratini for my buddy as I only need one candy to evolve him. Got to walk 5k for that though but going to Bury St. Edmunds tomorrow so will hopefully get a good chunk of that walked.

For people asking about London. By far the best place I've been is the London Eye. We caught a Lapras, SlowBro, about 6 dratinis and a dragonair.

Think I just hatched one idril

It will work on the actual eye although for it to be really good, there needs to be lure modules on all the pokestops by the eye. There has been each time we've been although I had to add a couple myself. The only downside is that the connection is sometimes slow there which may be because of the volume of people playing pokemon. It's a bit crazy!

Downloading the update now, excited! Also in the update it says it's fixed the issue where sometimes eggs hatch without the animation which some people have had trouble with.

I've downloaded update and am terrified to open it in case my rooted phone is blocked. Wish me luck :)

Downloading on iPhone. Apparently the 'hidden egg hatch' I had today was a bug that is being fixed.

Thanks Idrill got some lure modules saved. I'd love to go on the eye so this is a bonus!
