I'm very busy with running around (and cooking healthily, sometimes not vegan) for dh , keeping the place presentable for docs and nurses etc. so not much time for t'internet! Thank you for the welcomes Grin Oh a question for anyone who makes their own oatmilk. how do you stop it from cooking when serving it warmed for hot drinks?

Yesterday's B. HM smoothie with o\n soaked dried apricots, fresh pears, ginger, whole lemon and ground linseeds
L. 2 slices pumpernickel, pnut butter, yeast spread with olive oil, I don't eat any of the spreads because I can't eat coconut and won't eat palm oil! Large green salad.
S. Quinoa in an olive oil and nooch dressing with asparagus, raw onion salad.

D: a whopping amount of hummus (home made with a full can of chickpeas) with toasted pita bread and cucumber, also nabbed some of DD’s chips, and 3 dates

B, Finished the smoothie with a couple of peche plat
L. Quinoa with asparagus and tofu yoghurt, couple of dark chox
Sn. Beautiful HM smoothie with the early strawberries, whole punnet, chopped dates, almond butter and almond milk with whole lemon, and some filtered water, it's so thick that it could be made into a lovely vegan ice cream. I made one using peaches today too.

D: Indian takeaway (indoors, with friends that we were able to hug!) Dahl, rice, baby potatoes in sweet chilli sauce, mixed veg curry and poppadom with oniony salad and mango chutney. Lush. Magnum for pudding
S: handful trail mix, small bag of popcorn, booja booja truffles, crisps

L: mango. Leftover takeaway Dahl with small pc of naan bread and cumin roasted cauliflower (florets and leaves)
D: spinach and shallot quiche, tomatoes, beetroot, new potato/asparagus/peas/artichoke hearts in a Sherry vinegar vinaigrette
S: alpro cherry yogurt, handful of trail mix, and... I made some millionaires shortbread with vegan carnation. I'm not sure there was a strict need for me to have had 2 pieces BlushGrin

Hello all, been shooting a short film in the desert with limited vegan options the last few days so have mainly survived on crisps and nuts and protein bars!

And then came home and there’s barely anything fresh in the house, can’t wait for veg box delivery tomorrow!!

Yesterday was

D: gyoza and wok greens. Magnum
S: alpro cherry, mango, wasabi crackers and crisps

Today so far has centred around a bit very well planned trip to a ladies cricket match. I packed up my breakfast of muesli, seeds, mango and raspberries with soya milk and brought it with me. Didn't bring any lunch or snacks so have just had a portobello mushroom and vegan cheese in a bun. Think it's likely that the brioche bun wasn't vegan but didn't think about it until I'd eaten most of it so hadn't asked as suspect that was a vegan fail 🤦‍♀️
Out for dinner for a close friends birthday tonight so expect some kind of pasta as we're at an Italian

Day before yesterday
B. Strawberry smoothie with the almond and dates.
L. Spelt toast with yeast extract and cucumber. 2 chox.
S. Mixed Micro'd garlic,onion,fennel,mushroom bowl, tamari\oliveoil mustard dressing.

B. Oats, linseeds, molasses warmed.
L. Beetroot,carrot,onion, garlic juice; the weather's hot enough for the juicer to have it's annual airing! With ryvitas, and olive oil. 2 chox.
S. peas,mint mushrooms, whole rice.

B: roasted cinnamon and raisin bagel with oatly cream cheese
L: Mexican bowl - black beans, tomatoes, beetroot, lettuce, avocado, micro greens, a spicy bean burger and chipotle sauce (from plant over processed)
D: Tesco wicked no beef Wellington, roast potatoes/butternut/asparagus, braised red cabbage, peas, carrots, broccoli and gravy
S: sugar snap peas, M&S salted nuts, crumpet and jam
