What are some countries you will never go too and why ? Here are a list of countries I’ll never step a foot in.

1. North Korea 🇰🇵. Totalitarian hellhole
2. Russia 🇷🇺. Totalitarian hellhole and forced military conscription and the fact that they are bombing Ukraine.
3. Poland.
4. Romania. Very uninteresting country
5. Mexico 🇲🇽. I see many Americans moving there. Which is crazy considering it’s a cartel state.
6. Jamaica. Very gentrified, 99 percent of beaches are blocked and privatised. Just all inclusive resort dystopias everywhere. Jamaica might be beautiful but it is a gentrified dystopia.
7. Bahamas. Same reason. Gentrified dystopia.
8. Cayman island. It’s no difference then Miami (before trump). Masses of tourists. Very crowded. Land of consumerism. There are more white people than locals.
9. Haiti. A gang infested island.
10. Israel.
11. Barbados. Gentrified to the max.

Antarctica. Apart from research stations it should be left alone.

No reason for Poland?

Would you say that the hellholes and cartel-run places could use a little gentrification, or that the gentrified places could use a little roughing up?

What has Romania done to you!? It’s absolutely beautiful and there is so much to see and do, both in terms of historic/cultural things and nature! And assuming you put Poland on the list due to democratic backsliding, why not also Hungary? Or are you just being rude about Poland as well?

There are some places that aren’t gentrified but very good in terms of safety.

Whats wrong with Romania? I want to do a walking holiday there, it looks beautiful.

Gdansk is actually beautiful, museum and beaches. Good shops and history. Ask anyone who has been to Gdansk and they will say its lovely.

Great for kids too and felt very very safe and clean

I won't go to any country that is discriminatory towards women. I won't go to Muslim countries. I think the two might be connected somehow. And Turkiye because of Erdogan.

I can’t really see myself going to Eastern Europe; no reason, just doesn’t really draw me particularly.

Have you ever been to Jamaica? Outside of an all-inclusive resort?
Jamaica is a beautiful island, lots of interesting things to do and see.

India. Fascinating country but I wil never go again because I was ill the whole time - either food poisoning or breathing in air pollution- and I don't even have asthma. I have never been so happy to end a holiday and go home. I lost 2 stone in 2.5 weeks.

Aside from America (I don’t need to explain why, surely?) I’d avoid any country with fundamental governments and significant human rights issues, especially those that subjugate women.

I'm going to Poland this year. I'm so looking forward to it - landscape, history, architecture - what's not to like. For the same reasons, I would love to visit Russia, wouldn't set foot there currently, but if there is significant regime change in my lifetime, I will definitely visit.

I had a Rumanian bloke drive me back home from Heathrow after a holiday once. He really sold me on the place and I’d like to go.

gdansk is also on my list for the sea swimming!

Also we got blackmailed in one of the main tourist sites in Delhi. We got cornered in a small room and had demands for cash with menaces.
