Long story short.
Had argument with husband now silence and no communication for 7 weeks other than me questioning him ( via text) about female he liked/ ❤️ photo on Facebook.

He said it’s childhood friend’s sister who also was like a sister to him.
Not heard of her in 18 years.

Also, he deleted me off social media.

7 weeks is wholly out of order. 2 days would be breaking point for me (which would essentially be me telling DH to grow up and use his words like an adult, if he ever pulled that). As others have said, on the level you're describing this is emotional abuse.
The social media thing is also of concern - I know I'm at risk of sounding dramatic, but that sounds like he's possibly laying the groundwork of either an emotional or full-on affair.
