Other requirements for staff room entry include the ability to find the staff room, the ability to find a clean mug in the staff room, knowledge of the photocopier codes, and the ability to sniff out where the booze is stashed - Thirsty Tuesdays, Fizz Fridays now in operation. Do not sit on the chairs and do wear a mask. Finally, upload your covid test results twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Oh. They've started surge testing around where my school is. Partner is convinced that I'm going to be doing more remote learning this term. I fucking hope not. For a start he's taken over my office since his has been knocked down as part of the building work.

I was thinking more of as a teenager Mistressi! Definitely not as an adult. I don't think I've even ever snogged another teacher. God it would be nice to work with snoggable teachers

(We did once find two kids having sex at school. Bleugh) I once found a girl with her hands down a boy's pants IN MY LESSON!!!! I was an nqt, and these were top set year 8 kids. I really had no idea what to do about that! I called the on-call SLT member and let them deal with it.

noble, how do you make yourself care about hourly reminders to move and fireworks graphics? I too have those but they do virtually nothing for me. The hourly one might if it repeated until you actually moved substantially... mine doesn’t.

I think you have to challenge yourself to get a streak, then keep it up. If you've got any friends with the same watch you can have a weekly competition.

Well it's in his job description so I think the expectation is there, but the reality is a horde of people circulating around him who are very willing to take that awful burden off his hands. Carrie, Cummings, the CRG etc etc.

Can't send Carrie out to do a press conference though, that would look really obvious. Oh no, wait, he's sending her to G7.
