Are the keyworker provisions and wrap around care even mentioned in the doc?

I don't believe so.

HarveySchlumpfenburger · 13/05/2020 20:31

I think there’s a line about keyworker groups also being restricted to a maximum of 15, but that’s it.

qweryuiop · 13/05/2020 20:35

It does mention them, saying that schools can still prioritise these groups, before N, R and y1 (and in this section it doesn't mention Y6 at all).

Christ on a bike. I thought education was a shit show before the covid outbreak--no trust in teachers, chronic underfunding, ever changing goalposts, toxic leaders. But this is something else.

We are being fed to the wolves.

schoolsweek.co.uk/dfe-chief-scientific-adviser-admits-he-hasnt-assessed-school-reopening-guidance/

So DfE (or at least their scientific advisor is) are now backtracking and saying that it is a draft. What a bunch of loons - could not organise a piss up in a brewery!

FFS. Of course when the schools don’t open on June 1 it’s going to be the fault of teachers not the bunch of clowns in government.

That headteachers letter is all over my fb now. Friends keep reposting it. I have to bite my tongue.
