I've had a similar job and the best salespeople are those who don't just land the big fish , they can form a relationship where follow up sales follow. Not so much As Ever , but more Netflix / Spotify / PRH etc they landed big deals , but the follow up deals don't seem to be happening. I reckon M is good at hooking in a contract , not so much as the follow up trusted delivery which delivers repeat business. ( I'm all over the place with that analogy , but I hope it makes some sense )
