I feel like I'm coming across as a paedophile apologist, because I keep saying, "we only have the word of two liars" but I'm horrified at the thought of a man being found guilty by media of being a paedophile, when he could just be a revolting sleezebag which is revolting but legal).

Same for me, feeling a degree of sympathy for TMS because of who is accusing him. The man is ill and probably dying, at the moment they are only allegations, and the whole thing is a complete muddle compounded by the paper they've chosen to reveal all this; a paper which in its rush to get a scoop has probably ensured that any trial won't happen.

Following on from what a poster said.

  • She believes that she can’t say anything because it could jeopardise an investigation
  • So she jeopardises an Investigation by privately writing a letter to Markle Snr that she believes be abuses children. Thus giving him time to get rid of any incriminating articles.

Perhaps point 2 is what she meant when she said she was afraid of opening herself to litigation.

The images belonging to TMJr had crossed my mind a lot, but I was nervous of posting it here. I feel like I'm coming across as a paedophile apologist, because I keep saying, "we only have the word of two liars" but I'm horrified at the thought of a man being found guilty by media of being a paedophile, when he could just be a revolting sleezebag which is revolting but legal).
MM and TMJr's reputation means I don't believe a word they say and, as a result, am taking this whole story with an enormous pinch of salt.
It must be horrendous for CSA campaigners.

I know exactly what you mean about not wanting to be an apologist. It's the way the story has unravelled that makes it all seem so shady. I've just seen a video of TMJ, clearly very drunk (his sister Samantha says he's an alcoholic like their mum was) pretending to talk to a person everyone is assuming is M and asking for money to help her rehabilitate her image. It's really suss.

I chose an interesting weekend to be away with limited time online!
A few thoughts.
Have HaM publicly distanced themselves from Lili's godfather, Tyler Perry who is facing sex abuse charges?
I suspect the Markle family were all identified as unhinged, untruthful and potentially dangerous fairly early in the engagement. Wasn't Samantha trying to get into Kensington Palace, media in tow, to confront Meghan at one point? I wonder if Rosalyn's letter was originally sent somewhere else and then passed onto the fixated persons unit, in the belief that all the Markles were fixated.
Finally I would like to know how much of the Markle awfulness was known to the MIGs when Meghan came on to the scene. They must have done a deep dive inter her past and her family.

I can't imagine Harry is coping with all this very well at all. I cannot believe that he isn't starting to feel like he's been played for a fool.

Also, all those photos of Meghan that are being shared from 7/8 years ago, I'd forgotten that she was beautiful. We've all aged in 8 years but she actually looks ravaged by time and it's quite a shock to see how much she's changed. I wonder how much is due to stress and bitter thoughts.

Well, in 2021 he clearly didn't know, or was lying.
He said the fall out with TM was the fault of the RF.
Not one mention of the man's wrong doing.

Lady C (I know, I know) claims that he did know though, back in 2020. Her claim, both in her book and several times on film, is that Harry (and specifically Harry) warned her, through a mutual friend, at the time she was writing her book on them in 2020, that Meghan would make the SA claim about TM Snr. She took this information within the context of Meghan’s own warm words about her father over the years and dismissed it, intimating she thought this was being said to her to make her think twice about publishing anything that relied on TM snr’s accounts of his daughter. I saw her talk about this over the weekend in a past interview she did with Maureen Callaghan as well as on her own channel. She was quite specific about the conversation, that the messenger could barely get the words out through embarrassment and that she got annoyed with him. I think Lady C has been down the libel road a number of times over the years, so I would be very surprised if she was making this up, especially when this was published. But who knows anymore what’s true and what’s not in this complete clusterfuck.

Yes, she can’t state publicly because she believes that it could be libel

But she alerts a possible offender, that there is now an awareness possible criminal activity. This alert, could then allow him to get rid of evidence, therefore jeopardising the investigation she thinks is taking place.

We do know that Markle Snr on reviewing the letter immediately shut up. There were no more pleas for Meg to reach out.

To add, you have to question the timing. She sends the letter in December 2025, this week we see images of TMJ posing in front of the stash with Christmas decorations in the background. Now, I think TMJ is incredibly dodgy, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if the material is his or – 🤮 – it's material that's shared by him and his dad. So, TMS gets M's letter and phones his son. Worried about being prosecuted himself, TMJ decides to throw dad under the bus and earn himself some ££££ in the process by selling the story to a tabloid.

It's just a theory, but it IS plausible.

The Christmas season starts full on in the Phillipines on the 1st of September so the picture you’ve mentioned could have been taken anytime between then and the end of December. It’s called ‘the ber months’.

Passingthroughagain · Yesterday 09:17

Richard Kay saying in the DM that the Royals don't know how to handle their response, because if they reach out to M, they can't be sure it will remain confidential.

Which reminds me again – can we assume the 2019 letter was never shared with the King or William, even though the allegations potentially could cause a massive scandal, as they have now?

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · Yesterday 09:17

A phrase of DGF's comes to mind when reading these latest threads.

"What a bugger's muddle."

Ah! That's good information, and does perhaps clear up the timeline of when the photo was taken. Thanks.

Lost way too much weight. She looks like she’s at least a stone underweight and nearly two stone lighter than she was 8 years ago. It’s ravished her looks.

I'd have thought they have answered their own question there. Sit tight and don't reach out. Because not only will it not remain confidential, it will probably be twisted as well.

Her fuller face and plumper cheeks were definitely an integral part of her beauty.

The whole RF need to stay away from the pair of them. They can’t have contact while this is going on.

The losers in this are the kids, but it’s unlikely the kids would be able to visit KC without their parents being there

Who in this thread married off the hop and without meeting or knowing anything about our intended spouse's extended family and then having children with??

Harry's stupidity is astounding

On a more positive note for the Philippines, HAM will never visit or attempt to settle there. Lucky country!

And ignored your family members who said that you know nothing about them. Your brother fighting with you over it. He was bloody warned.

Onebigsham · Yesterday 09:23

The other thing I saw over the weekend was what was said in Meghan's 2020 copyright/privacy case against the DM, where it was argued that the DM harassed TM in order to stir up a dispute between MM and TM, and that the only thing that had come between MM and her father was harassment (of him) by the tabloids. That now appears not to be the case by Meghan's own account.

Agreed. Absolutely no contact and that includes tea with Harry and kids. It would be leaked that it was KC warning him not to tell world media that the Palace knew and did nothing

It must be pretty horrifying for H to contemplate that his dcs are related to someone capable of such behaviour. Tbh the whole Markle family is pretty unsavoury.
On a more shallow level, I don’t think M’s looks have just changed because of ageing, she seems to lost her glow. I think a pp was right in that WLI cause a loss of fat in the face, which ages people and changes their face shape. I don’t know why she keeps scraping her hair back. She has nice shiny black hair.
