Seems to me that Sun is actively interfering with what could be a criminal investigation just to get the headlines.

Yes, and the Sun is now Meg’s preferred publication.

Well. What a pickle? The question is, how are the Hams and their fans managing to blame William and Catherine for this?

No doubt the Sun will let us know soon. Meghan & her brother will no doubt come up with some plot twist...how low can they go is the question?

Not as far as I know . Caroline Graham (DM) said he read it then put it away . And never saw it . TM now says he doesn’t know where it is but he has dementia so that’s not entirely unreasonable.
Like others I am struggling with various aspects of this unsavoury saga.
Why so many handwritten letters ??
How on earth did an ex wife know about the Fixated persons department ( no one I have asked has ever heard of it!).

She had probably heard about it from Samantha who was on the fixated persons list.

Is Harry still absent enjoying half-term with the children?

It's entirely feasible that Harry has no idea what she wrote in the 2025 letter. I mean, if my DP told me he was writing a letter to his mum, I wouldn't expect him to show me the contents. Because H is so infatuated I imagine he will believe what she says, but at the same time, he may, deep down, be questioning it.

Because while he's a bit dumb, Harry does have considerable experience of the law now and he would know you cannot prejudice future court proceedings - and that includes writing to a suspected paedophile to tip them off that the authorities know about them.

MindThePause · Yesterday 08:46

AtIusvue · Yesterday 08:25

The press need to start asking about what Harry knew, why he’s not saying anything etc.

Take away the global media and replace it with social media, my own family aren’t a million miles from a specific branch of the Markle Family Tree in terms of dysfunction. Including a tendency to use (thankfully fictional) allegations of CSA as a weapon or suppressing tool.

DH knew the whole sorry mess long before he committed to me and we produced our own kiddo. His family is far from perfect, and just cos your wife’s family is worse doesn’t mean you never complain. But it has helped him with perspective and I’ve never left him open to Horrible Surprises.

We’re a solid couple of over 30 years. Our child is now a fully grown adult. DH has never been encouraged or motivated to slag his family off publicly with me by his side nodding along. And still I’m not sure if our foundation as a couple wouldn’t be shaken to some extent if he’d felt I hadn’t been completely candid with him about all the skeletons in my family cupboard. Especially if the local facebook was buzzing with details they’d heard before he did.

I think we’d have to concentrate on us and re-solidifying the ground our happy enough family home was built on before facing the Local Facebook. Not sure given the global media interest the same option is on the table for Harry. Even if keeping his head down and focused on settling the vibrations at home is the best bet for the family unit.

Yep, I think the fact the DM has taken this stance this morning is really interesting. It's a clear attempt to distance the Royals from the story and explain the tawdry way the story has unravelled. H and M do not look good in all this.

It read to me like the DM are trying to distance themselves more than anyone else as they have given TM a platform for a long time, most recently as last weekend.

If I knew someone in real life who had been made aware that her father may have participated in child sex abuse, did nothing to ensure the allegations were investigated and only took action to protect her own dcs, I would have nothing to do with her. It’s really quite simple. I would only have sympathy with her for being biologically related to such a horrible man.

Well, we know in 2020 that H and M still shared an office at KP with W and K, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's mentioned at some point as a reason the Met didn't act even though we know why they didn't, because TMS had never even stepped foot in the UK!

It's bizarre isn't it, Meghan & her brother are like cornered rats now especially as her statement didn't add up to the timeliness..

One thing that's definitely clear is that Meghan & her brother are in this together with the Sun..

To add, you have to question the timing. She sends the letter in December 2025, this week we see images of TMJ posing in front of the stash with Christmas decorations in the background. Now, I think TMJ is incredibly dodgy, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if the material is his or – 🤮 – it's material that's shared by him and his dad. So, TMS gets M's letter and phones his son. Worried about being prosecuted himself, TMJ decides to throw dad under the bus and earn himself some ££££ in the process by selling the story to a tabloid.

It's just a theory, but it IS plausible.

Surely not. Meghan working with her brother and The Sun??? That seems very far fetched, even for this sorry old circus.

If ( and it’s a big if in my opinion) M is in cahoots with TMjr , she is playing a dangerous game as on several occasions he has alluded to M’s alleged unsavoury past and I am pretty sure he would turn on her if he felt like it , for instance if the money ran out .

AtIusvue · Yesterday 08:56

I wonder if any SA charities will come out with what you should do if you are given information about possible CSA. It’s a good opportunity for everyone to learn how to take the proper steps and ensure that children’s safety is prioritised.

I don’t think they will say, relax and don’t follow anything up, someone else will sort it.

Yep. The good news is, the Met watchdog inquiry into the handling of the letter may well debunk that, which is probably why it hasn't been mooted yet. By blaming the Met for not acting, her comms team have scored another own goal, because they will have zero sway over that inquiry. It could end up being very damning for M.

Maybe that's why she wants to keep him close now? She is very obviously back in coohoots with him in regards to the Sun

But they are. Both Meghan & her brother are both speaking exclusively with the Sun for all their statements literally within hours of each other. Obviously much more going on behind the scenes with Meghan & her brother.

Harry is on record saying "he's changed so much in two weeks." This was in reference to Archie, when he was supposed to be only a couple of days old.

In fairness, Harry didn't say that. He said 'everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks', it was in response to a photographer asking who Archie looked like.

The images belonging to TMJr had crossed my mind a lot, but I was nervous of posting it here. I feel like I'm coming across as a paedophile apologist, because I keep saying, "we only have the word of two liars" but I'm horrified at the thought of a man being found guilty by media of being a paedophile, when he could just be a revolting sleezebag which is revolting but legal).
MM and TMJr's reputation means I don't believe a word they say and, as a result, am taking this whole story with an enormous pinch of salt.
It must be horrendous for CSA campaigners.

If she blames the RF, they are finished

AtIusvue · Yesterday 09:05

Following on from what a poster said.

  • She believes that she can’t say anything because it could jeopardise an investigation
  • So she jeopardises an Investigation by privately writing a letter to Markle Snr that she believes be abuses children. Thus giving him time to get rid of any incriminating articles.

That's the problem. Meg and TMJ are proven liars and IMO would do absolutely everything for a quick buck and headlines

People should be convicted in a court of law, using irrefutable evidence. Not the Court of The Soaraway Sun.
